I've been waiting at the speaker for a while even drove to window, went back around to the drive-thru, and gave a call. Nobody... answered the on the speaker nor the phone although someone is inside (sounds like they're spraying water) and it's businesshours. Read more

if I could I would give zero stars. The manager whos name I believe is Josilynn is very rude and makes up her own rules. Only... when she is working do I have problems at this location. She is very unprofessional. i just cancelled my order and drove off.She needs mandatory customer service training her attitude is ridiculous Read more

I recently visited this smoothie king franchise and wasn?t completely satisfied due to the following. The cashier we... experienced wasn?t as polite or maybe outgoing. She was speaking on the phone while also taking our order. She gave me abrochure of the smoothies, so once I was done I held the brochure out to give it back but she said ?I don?t want that? and Itold her ?neither do I, that?s why I?m giving it back.? Then she proceeds to say ?oh I can?t take that.? I just assumed it?s dueto corona protocols. However she didn?t say that?s what that was or not. Then once we got our smoothies, I had ice chipsfloating through and at the bottom of my smoothie. My cousins smoothie was also watered down while my mother?s smoothie onlytasted like peanut butter. You guys also didn?t have almond butter so my mother could switch out the peanut for almond. Not surewhy you guys didn?t have any. My farther was the only one was okay with his smoothie. I hope you guys make improvementspertaining to lack of professional customer service and tasty smoothies especially since there?s not much thought to makingthese smoothies. Read more

Don't EVER do this. Half the time you're waiting at the speaker for 5-10 minutes with no one else in the drive thru. The... smoothies always have ice chunks in the bottom and I think they're selling the vitamins and protein out the back door becauseall their friends in their tricked out rides are blocking the closed lane. Only way you're getting decent products or serviceshere is if you're cool or you're buying the stuff they're carrying out the back to put in their buddies cars! Read more

I tried going directly through the app, website, email, but Smoothie King are ?no longer taking surveys? at this moment.... Convenient! Anyway. I?m a regular customer at this point. The best time to come here is early on the weekends. I can?t think ofher name but there?s ONE really great cashier. She makes the best smoothies but there are two other cashiers in particular thatcan never get it right. Does management read these? I need Promise to be trained better. It?s never consistent and sometimes sheforgets ingredients. Too much ice, too runny. I don?t know what?s going on. The other is a younger girl, can?t think of her nameeither but she had an attitude when I was making my order. I modify my smoothies and I usually order on the app but it glitchessometimes so occasionally, I have to order at the store. She was rushing me and I could hear her rolling her eyes over themicrophone! She also had the audacity to get my order wrong!! I never want to be the difficult customer but I?ve given them toomany chances to get it together. Everyone should be retrained. Read more

My smoothie is great! Nice employees as well. It's just the location is in a bad area and the parking is tight
