I came all the way down from Maine. To this restaurant I seen all the commercials and the food is definitely not as good as they... make it out to be. Not even gonna lie.... The lady that took our order creeped us out. She wouldn't let my husband finish a sentence before she... asked if that was all multiple times and when our daughter was telling him what she wanted the lady kept interrupting him. Nextthing we know, she asked him if he was having trouble ordering... as she was walking to our car. To me this is a lil concerningwhen you don't let someone finish a sentence and proceed to their car like that. Smh... And then the order was wrong, I ordereda #3 no tomato add chili and got the # 4. 1st off I was very surprised that I had a bad experience here. Had place a mobile order everything was good until I got my food.... The jumbo chicken wasn't jumbo and had no chicken on it just scrapes. My boss drink was incorrect, the mozzarella sticks wascold and the pretzel had a bad taste. No icing or sauce was given. Called the store and spoke with a manager she offer to havethe order made over. So drove back to get new order. Part of it was right and part of it was wrong and this time the drinkwasn't with the order. As I wait 15 minutes to get the drink I realize that 3 people is standing at their exit door bc theirorder was wrong. Read more
I am always disappointed in some way, shape, or form every time I come to this Sonic location. Wait times are very long, even... for very simple items like fountain drinks. Sometimes you even have to wait for a long time just for your order to be taken. Andwhen you do eventually get what you ordered, there is always something wrong. It?s inevitable. Your food is cold, your drink ismelted, they messed up your item, etc. Also, their ice cream machine is broken often, which really sucks for Sonic shakeenthusiasts like me. They are often out of certain items/ingredients as well. But I do have one positive thing to say about thisSonic: when they do actually give your order that is made correctly and in a timely manner, it?s really good. So took my family last night, and we ordered ahead. I messed up and put in thr wrong number for them to bring it out, however... went to the door and the young lady help me out with getting my stuff to the right place. Just wish this one had a window likemany others I've seen. My tots was kinda over cooked and cold, however no other problems. Great help from staff tho. Read more
I love Sonic tater tots. They're the closest thing I could ever consider to be mana. But good GAWD, do you have to wait for it.... Been to this location three times in the last month, and every time the wait was contrary to the name. The food is always good,but you'd better not already starving when you get there. Read more
This is probably the first low rating I?ve given in a long while. Food was decent and it came out fine, but the employee with... the red braids that runs the front is going to be the reason I never return to this establishment. Very rude and honestly mademe check and throw away half my food just by the way she was acting. I might give it another chance, but with her there I won?t. Read more
