The mobile ordering has really gone down in the last couple of months. We have always chosen this Starbucks because of how quick... and friendly they are. The barista named Sara was not only incredibly beautiful but incredibly helpful. My child had a heart attack in the store and... Sara jumped over the counter and immediately performed CPR. It's thanks to her that little Johnny is alive today. Latte wasdelicious as well. Read more
Wow. Ordered on the app and it took 50 minutes for them to make my order. Waited about a half hour in the store for our drinks.... They need to figure out a better system because I was not the only one in there who had been waiting that long. Read more
Worst Starbucks in existence. Always takes more than 40 minutes for a mobile order. They have no idea how to keep track of... mobile orders. Customers are always waiting forever. Additionally, the staff is not well trained - they mess up orders all thetime. They need a better manager and better training. The staff, itself, is good - they just lack training and knowledge. I go for the coffee and they are good at the coffee. Service is quick and friendly. In all the years I've been visiting this... Starbucks I've only ever had 1 bad cup, and they quickly remedied the problem for me without hesitation. I prefer the drive-thruthough because the inside is frequently dirty - I know that they are busy, and customers can be slobs, but it's frequentlydifficult to find a clean table. Read more

The line is always crazy long in the mornings, around lunchtime, and sometimes after work ends for a lot of people. Definitely... order 30 minutes before you need your drink if you need it at those times. If you go to pickup your drink during a rush time,park in a different parking lot to avoid getting blocked in by the ?wrap around the building line,? if you?re in a rush. I didthat once?. The staff is very friendly. They?ve only messed my order up once out of maybe like 10 times so I actually wasn?ttoo bothered by it. Plus it was during that early morning rush.
