Craving steak, didn't want to drive. Enter Steak-Out. Got the "ribeye", baked potato and salad. Meal arrives. Steak was 1/2 in... thick, max, on a warm day when its not cold out. Ordered steak Medium, shows up well-done, grey, chewy. Baked potato was hot,but had an off taste. They included butter and sour cream though. Nice. Salad was that random iceberg lettuce mix you buy atwalmart with a single cherry tomato. Cesar dressing was sweet? How do you do that? If the meal wasn't $24 out the door Iwouldn't be complaining but good lord, steak is the only thing y'all do, and it was terrible. Very disappointed. Read more

Customer Service -3 stars Food (delivery) MINUS 10 stars! Ordered over the phone for delivery.The computer system was slow, no... biggie, but the delivery time was 1 to 1.5 hours. Thinking that was a sign the place was okay and the food must be worth thewait, I placed an order. After 1.5 hours and some change the delivery guy shows up, we pay, he leaves. My hubby gets his foodand everything seems okay until I open my order. First off, I ordered 6 BBQ shrimp and 6 grilled shrimp, not knowing or seeingon their site that they're SKEWERED shrimp. STRIKE ONE! On top of that, one skewer is char-BURNED and the other is over-cookedand hard as a rock! Something I KNOW WITHOUT A DOUBT they'd never had sent out to a table had I been sitting there, but since itwas a delivery, I'm guessing they figured, WTH...STRIKE TWO! Hubby enjoyed his meal and the chocolate cake wasdelicious...remove strike two... I PROMPTLY call the restaurant and ask for the manager. I tell her what I ordered and received(as stated above) and without hesitation she offers to credit my account. She stated they were busy and the cook is a new guynot used to the heavy load. I told her that if this was sent to HIS HOUSE he'd be more apt to make it more appetizing, sheagreed...removed strike one... I'll be checking my bank account tomorrow for that credit! Read more
