I understand mistakes happen and mangers forget to order stuff. But the shear lack of customer service at this place on 11/22/22... 830pm was sad. They were out of mayonnaise yes a sandwich place with no mayo...smh. Not only that it was no sign up saying thatand they let me go through the whole sandwich process of them making it to wait til I got to mayo as my final topping to tel methey were out. So yes I leat them keep that whole sandwich and I get it thay not everyone eats mayonnaise but that should havebeen stated at the beginning of the sandwich making process to give me the choice to continue or leave and not waste their timenor mines. I've had bad experiences here before but didn't leave a review but this time took the cake sorta speak. Read more
Rude, Rude, Rude! My husband went to get us some good sandwiches for dinner. The staff had the store COMPLETELY closed down and... were ready to go home at 9:15. My husband had to bang on the door for 5 minutes before someone finally came to the door andsaid, "we closed, did you put in an online order?" My husband said "No, but this place is open until 10:00, according to theinternet as well as the sign." They argued with my husband. Meanwhile 2 more customers show up. The staff were very rude andnasty with my husband as well as the other customers. Our sandwiches were purposely made wrong and horrible. We couldnt eatthem. This store has always been my favorite because of the staff. Tonight was appalling, and rude. So now I guess I'll go makea bologna sandwich for dinner. Read more
Horrible customer service. When we pulled up to come inside I was stopped, and was told there was no more bread and that the... lobby was closed. I went through the drive thru, and didn?t get anything I asked for. I?ve never been to a subway, and theydidn?t know how to make a sandwich. My sandwich had so much salt and pepper that I could taste it, I asked for onions and bananapeppers and lettuce, and got NONE OF WHAT I SAID!! ALL FIVE SANDWICHES WERE WRONG! They put whatever in a wrapper, and handed itout the window. & then when I called up there to let them know my order was wrong they said nothing. Literally, nothing.. thephone was silent and then they nonchalantly said oh???.kay. In a tone very much like ?I?m bothering them? AFTER SPENDING MYMONEY ON FIVE WRONG SANDWICHES! No type of customer service whatsoever. They need new employees that know how to make a sandwichand provide customer service. This is by far the worst subway that I've ever been to In My Life every time I come to the subway they're very slow and very... unorganized I've got there are a total of 57 minutes just to get to the window and then tell me that my order has never beentaken even though my order was taken at the speaker box. She said let me take your order because somebody didn't take your ordereven though I was in line and I spoke to someone then she perceives to turn down her music and then try to take my order whichat that point I was aggravated and I told her not to worry about it and I left. Do not, do not, do not order through the drive thru. I?ve came here for four years, and I made the mistake again today of using... the drive thru due to them closing the dining on Sundays. They throw ingredients or lack thereof into a wrapper and give it toyou. Their quality disappears on drive thru orders. The manager needs a performance review. Read more
Subway, what are you doing. No pizzas, no salads, no meatball. Pic is of full menu,, literally only have 5 subs and 2 types of... bread. Tried to get lemonade, got some kind of purple juice instead. Can't order online as location is listed as closed. Pleaseavoid this location. Read more
Love how they worked with me because I don't usually eat sandwiches but I did yesterday. Understanding, patient, and polite.... Made my sandwich how I asked and was so good. Cookies were perfect also. Will be heading back today. Read more
Horrible experience, me and my family came in tonight 11/22 and the young lady and male both had horrible customer service. The... young lady attitude was poor and she didn?t seem like she even wanted to be there. The young man acted as if he didn?t hearanyone when we was telling him certain things. The lettuce was brown and I asked him could he give me some other lettuce and hejust put it on my sandwich anyway. We asked could we have separate bags and he just handed us one bag to put the stuff in,instead of separate bags for them. All in all it was a horrible experience! Read more
