Proceed to close up shop at this location. It is badly managed, and the service that is provided to customers is terrible. I had... a problem with them, and I even wrote them a letter about it. Following the purchase of two footlongs through the application,both of which were entirely inaccurate, they were gracious enough to send me a coupon for a free six-inch (Tax not included).What a joke. I am not looking for anything to be given to me for free, but come on, I ordered two footlongs, and they only gaveme a six-inch one. The other sites are wonderful, but this one just face it should be shut down immediately. This location isquickly turning into a ghost town, and once that happens, it will be a dangerous place to stay. Read more

I truly disappointed that this location is the closest to me but I will never purchase anything from here again and I?ve told... everyone I know not to eat from this location. First and foremost the staff in the midday evening they are terrible andshouldn?t be working period. I know it hard to find good employees but this ridiculous. They are rude, and half pay attentionwhen you giving your order or if you place an order online. They don?t acknowledge guest as they enter the establishment andyour order is made incorrectly. The manager is hard to reach and I?ve completed my survey from my online order stating sorry formy experience they will notify the location. If i could give it zero stars i really would. The attitudes are ridiculous and customer service is horrible. me and my boyfriend... went there to get something for ourselves and my mother and as soon as we walked in everyone was sitting down. as i lookedaround i saw that there was a employee who had a whole ski mask on , then there was a few who didn?t have mask or hair nets butthey had gloves on which was the bare minimum. when they made our sandwiches they actually didn?t speak to us at all. mysandwich was made by a women and after she got done she threw my sandwich on the counter. like just threw it down and walkedaway. didn?t say bye , have a nice day or anything. and if i couldn?t get worse the manager of subway came in , with casualclothes on and started talking to the workers as they was making my boyfriends sandwich. then proceeded to walk to the back toget some chips. i was really shocked because i?ve never seen that before. so after my boyfriend paid for our food he fixed hisdrink. and after we got in the car and drove off we found a bug in it. honestly i?m only upset because i freaking love subwayand i was really happy they put one around the corner from where i live but i would rather drive to subway on Macon Rd than goback to Milgen ????? do better. The entire team are absolutely professionals and would be great examples of how any restaurant should operate. Today was my... fourth visit and they constantly set then exceed standards. As I entered the store, I was greeted, while they are appropriatelywearing masks and gloves, and they speak to customers with dignity and respect. They have an excellent continuity system, ofwhich each member can operate each part of the process. Their manager also self empowers and encourages her team. For example, Iwanted some extra 'shredded' cheese. Of which the manager kindly commented to the employee 'Please inform the gentleman thatcheese cost extra.' Of which the employee kindly relayed that message to me and I had a decision to make. Additionally, the foodservings are definitely well portioned. Furthermore, this restaurant is well maintained, cleaned, and I was impressed with a'food storage mechanism [FSM]'. Today, I walked in, was the 'first' in line, and in between customers noticed that FSM securesthe food from any elements then it doubled as a window. I recommend everyone at the location during lunch hours, receivessignificant pay raises, extended paid lunches, opportunities for promotion, etc. I was truly impressed, excellent customerservice. Soo my boyfriend and I come often and never had no issue but this time was kinda different. The dude made my order correctly but... put my food in the different bag. It?s crazy because there was no confusion made for this to happen and Her sandwich was madefirst. We always gets the same thing and my mama had one sandwich completely different from ours. I literally said ? Can you putthe sweet onion in a separate bag?? There was no confusion for that order. I called back and I can tell I was speaking to thesame guy and mid conversation, he gave the phone to some rude girl and I explained my problem and she said I should?ve said itbetter? Very unsatisfied! The employee's at this location are very unprofessional. One employee refused to take care of my order since I... oder several sandwiches, this employee also refused to do the next customers order since they order a wrap and the employee didnot know how to roll the wraps properly. The employee's made it clear that they were annoyed with my order, because I hadseveral sandwiches that needed to be made. The spinach was bad and still being served and all my sandwiches had fallen apart,because they were sloppy and wrapped terribly. My son and I sat down to eat in the seating area and once the restaurant hadcleared out from costumers and the employees thought everyone had left they had started to complain about costumers such asmyself making me feel incredibly uncomfortable. I always always always have an issue with this subway. There has not been a single time I ordered here and my food was never... ready or they made it wrong. I told them to have my order ready at 7:45 and it?s already 8pm and they are making it now. Iplaced the order at like 7:20ish. I just think the whole staff needs to be re trained at this point and management step it up.This is just ridiculous Read more
