This location must want to be out of business. Was in the drive thru, was the only person in drive thru, and wasn't able to get... anyone to take my order. After saying hello several times and waiting for some time, finally got someone to ask me "what did Iwant" only to be told that they didn't have the item, which is on the menu that I ordered, so I left. They forget stuff every other order. If you call them about it asking for some sort of resolution, they will ask you to come... back up there which only further inconveniences the customer. They?ve also given me the wrong burrito multiple times. Includingthis most recent visit where they forgot part of my order and gave me the wrong burrito. This place deserves -1000000 stars. They always over cook everything. They have the slowest service and 90% of the time is just... bunch teenagers working there. Every Taco Bell in the city is better than that one. Read more
Just wanted to share the awful food served at the Buena Vista road store this was today's crunch wrap Supreme nothing really... Supreme about it tho no meat.. 6 months ago I got a taco that was ice cold the cheese didn't melt and even the juices were stillsolid that the hard shell was dry on the bottom and thats not normal. DONT EAT HERE aside from.them making you back.jp totrick the drive through timer its all bad management . Eat literally anywhere else on the road . I would give them a 0 if possible!!! You need to check your bag every time because lots of times something is missing!!! Also,... why do you need to pull back after you have paid?
