As a New Yorker, I have eaten Indian food all around town. So as I traveled to Columbus Ga, I needed to try something outside... the box of dinning in Columbus. So I tried "Taste of India" with an open mind. This restaurant is 1000 miles from New York City,and I found totally kickers. I normally order the same thing from every Indian Restaurant and if there was Blind taste test, youcould not pick out New York from Columbus (there did is that good). And to Add a twist, you can have spicy, mild and normal (areyou listening NY). I ordered Chicken Tikka Masala, Vegetable Makhani, Channa Masala and Garlic Naan. An amazing meal and service. The staff kept the drinks full and checked on us regularly.

I?ve been to this place a total of seven times. Six times, It was perfect and consistent. Last time I was there absolutely... nothing was right. The ice tea was undrinkable, the Naan items were doughy and no flavor and the rice was not its normalconsistency. I don?t know what happened here but I hope it doesn?t continue. Read more

Amazing, authentic...PERFECT food. Excellent customer service!

Second time ordering delivery and still perfect. The Keema samosas are SUPER recommended and the chicken Tikka masala is best if... you order medium spice. My favorite is the lamb pasanda. Mine is always ultra spicy. The regular Naan is great but the bulletnaan is also awesome, finally we got Kheer. The one I got was like a sweet potato casserole. Amazing. Read more
