Ordered through the mobile app mostly to avoid attitude but y'all dished it out anyway. If you mad because you have to work with... the public maybe you should find a different job. Oh and a dine in order goes on a tray not in a bag. It's okay my house is away better atmosphere. A junior bacon cheese burger does not have only bun beef cheese mayo and lettuce on it, seems someoneneeds to learn the menu before they try to make a sandwich. Read more

The last 4 times I tried coming here was a mess. One time you could not use a credit card, another time the whole system was... down and were sending everyone away, another time no one came on to take order and today they kept telling me to wait. Whensomeone finally came on you could hardly hear them. I asked for a biscuit with honey butter and the guy said a chickenbiscuit. I said no a biscuit only, French toast sticks and decaf coffee. The guy said they have no decaf. I asked for receiptand he said the printer was not working. Came home and took food out. He had given me a chicken biscuit. The French toaststicks were GREASY & SOGGY. The chicken biscuit had a funky smell and the coffee was not drinkable. It was a HORRIBLE experience all around. Can't even rate it. Could be better. I waited in the drive-thru for 10+ minutes only to be told they aren?t accepting cards and are only taking... cash. They could have sent an employee out to tell people so they don?t waste time waiting in line. Also not the friendliest ofemployees. Read more

Came here a few times in the past few weeks between the hours of 5PM - 10PM for a quick dinner. The staff were rude and rushed... me through the drive-thru, continuously interrupting me asking "that it? you done?". When I got my order, it was missing some ofthe side items and napkins and straws. There was a smell of a restroom and toilet water coming from the drive thru window. Wouldnot recommend, and would not return here unless things changed. Read more

I went to this Wendy's September 2nd I went into the lobby to place an order and one of the staff members told me the lobby was... closed even though the door was unlocked. I believe the company should really evaluate the manager because although I was inWendy's they still wouldn't take my order because they said the lobby was closed. I don't believe this place even deserves onestar after that but it's the only way I can leave a message. I don't believe I will ever be going back to this Wendy's eventhough it is the closest one to my house. Read more

Had a pretty rough experience here. They didn?t have what I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich. They kept adding to my order when... I said well I don?t want that then I want this. I expected it to be about $15 or so but somehow it was $29!! I had to ask whatwas my order and with attitude they told me and I never ordered a burger even told them I don?t eat beef!! I still paid $18 andgot a darn burger in my bag. The whole thing mad me so upset. I was late starting my road trip. Not sure I will come back again.The attitude and lack of care for customers rubbed me the wrong way. Thankfully my food was hot when we got it. Read more

We were the only lobby customers, plus a few drive through. Employees were just standing around talking or on their phones while... the lobby and condiment areas were a mess. Tables looked dirty. Manager helped with our order since computer system wasn'tworking so should have been aware. Food was ok but should have been fresher since there was hardly any other customers. Not upto Wendy's standards at all. Read more
