My wife and I go to Buffalo Wild Wings for just one reason. To see if they can uphold our expectation of continuing to mess up... our orders. We always bet to see who?s order will be wrong. You order Hot traditional wings and you get Medium. You order Mediumand you get Hot. She ordered spicy garlic and I ordered hot. She got hot and I got spicy garlic. Last time she ordered SpicyGarlic cauliflower wings and got Hot, sent back and they brought Cauliflower wings that were swimming in sauce. Needed a spoonto eat. We asked them just to take the Cauliflower wings off, then they tried charging us for two orders of them. Lol, theentertainment is great. They ended up taking the two orders off. The servers are always great and I always make sure I tip themwell. The stuff that goes on behind the Buffalo wall is a mystery. Great fun. Read more

Many people bang on this place, but everytime we have been it's a perfect experience. Keisha, the bartender is a hospitality... guru. The way she takes care of her clients is out of a book. No one waits for anything and she has a gift of being fun yetefficient. I love her spirit! Please recognize her and her Sunday crew! Read more

Shout out to Vanessa, an amazing server, and the kitchen staff! I have alpha-gal which roughly translates to an allergy to... mammals and their by products. Given that, I wanted to watch the Colts game with my boyfriend and expected to not be able to eatanything. The kitchen staff and Vanessa worked together to allow me have a good time. THANK YOU!! Columbus, IN store manager...give this lady a raise!! I also recommend changing menu to remove beef or pork products from a chicken only place of business...;) Read more

The food was very good They are clearly short staffed I'm not sure why but my salad came after the meal... Our Seaver seemed to... come from the back of house, and presented himself with baggy pants, and a hair comb hanging in his hair. We were broughtsilverware about 10 min after we got our food..and it was covered in BBQ.. 3 stars is definitely generous Read more

We ordered online at 5 o?clock and chose ASAP. After a while, the email told us to show up at 6:50. We did and they told us to... wait 15 minutes because they were busy. It has now been 30 minutes. Still no food. I talked to the manager and asked he removedthe tip. He refused and started to publicly argue even when I told him to help the line of people waiting. He kept telling me Iwas the issue while continuing to berate me and people in line started filing out the door. The name of the manager issupposedly Brenton. He loudly laughed at me (again right in front of customers walking in) when I took a picture to timestampthe 35 minute late order (total of 3 hours waiting). He claimed to have personally made my food, which means it took 5 minutesto make if he?s being honest. I?ve never experienced anything like this before. Read more

Had a great time at this Bdubs for three days in a row. It was a chill place with spot on good you expect from the franchise. I... docked 'em a star because ownership and management should reconsider offering a happy hour. It was dead inside most days andthat might go a long way in increasing your business. 7/17, ~4:00p The manager was an awful person to the staff, but the waiter we had was fantastic. They were short staffed and had... some call-ins. Sad to see the manager take it out on the staff that did show up to work. We made sure to tip well and thank himfor the great service despite the apparent working conditions. Will see if we still have the receipt, and update with ourwaiter's name if we have it. Read more

Last two times tried placing carry out order on Friday or Saturday night, (online of course because nobody will answer phone to... order with an employee directly) my order has been screwed up. I specifically asked for NO PICKLES and of course on the $15overpriced sandwich it has pickles soaked with pickle juice into the bread. It has a sticker on the top of the box that clearlysays no pickles. Ruined! The app pre sets the pickup time for a hour and twenty minutes later and doesn?t allow me to modify it.I?ve sent feedback to corporate but nobody cares. Understaffed, watched multiple people get turned away. I just received myorder at the carry out counter pictured, checked it out in front of the employee and YES, third time. Same thing. It has picklesagain. Now I?m waiting longer for another sandwich to be made while my the rest of my order gets cold. But a minute later theybrought out my ?new sandwich? from the kitchen and sent me on my way. RIDICULOUS!!!!!!! Read more
