Was just in there at noon today to get a sub, and it was obvious that the young man was new and was struggling, and the manager... wouldn't come out of the office to help him, but instead he had to keep running in there to ask her questions. She should ofcame out and helped. That is a poor manager and the quickest way to loose help. Also if menu options have changed, it shouldn'tbe listed as available. This isn't the first time this has happened so probably done with Casey's. Read more
I came into Casey's this afternoon to get some gas, and I ended up leaving with a full tank and an excellent Breakfast Pizza for... dinner. When I walked through the door I was hit by that smell of the greatest comfort food I know of. Breakfast! I asked thefirst person that I had seen in a Casey's uniform what that wonderful smell was coming from their kitchen. Angie (the Manager)had replied that it was their breakfast pizzas a customer had ordered. I don't know about anybody else, but I don't keepregular hours and it is quite difficult to find an establishment that serves breakfast at any hour you want it. I for one wasecstatic. To this I say thank you to Angie the nice manager behind the counter to the unknown person who ordered the breakfastpizza for dinner before I walk into the store hey for my wife who loved the idea so much that she said she'd do the dishestonight hahaha. I stop by Casey'sto pick up some monster's and a couple slices of pizza ???? using my Casey's rewards. Something got messed up... to where my Casey's cash wasn't doing what it was supposed to be doing. But the manager Angie and the cashier got it takencare of. Even came out ahead on the deal. The manager is rude and told me by name to hurry up because other customers had been waiting a long time. As a former employee... who dedicated many hours to this place I was highly offend d when she called me by name in front of other customers and told meto hurry up. I was at the gas station this morning and witnessed a woman trying to get gas and had already moved from pump to pump. She was... trying to get to work. She finally then asked for a refund to go somewhere else which was in cash. They then told her to comeback and they could refund her she said she wasn't leaving without the cash which who would? So after waiting the managerfinally hands her the money as she saying this will have to come out my pocket rudely. The woman then goes to her car then nextthing I know the employee runs out there screaming at her to leave pretty much in her face and screaming at her non stop. I gohere daily and will not be returning the woman was leaving already so what was the point to go out there and pretty much try tofight her? The woman trying to get gas did nothing to warrant for a reaction like the employee showed. They lost my business, Iwill never return to that store! Read more
Our taco pizza was not a taco pizza. They ran late from our order time, 20 min late to be exact and then our order wasn?t... correct. When I called to express my concerns with how this pizza shop was running with the errors, the manager didn?t ask howshe could make it better but made excuses that they were understaffed. Is also made a statement about the poorly cookedbreadsticks and she stated there was nothing she could do about it the oven does what it does?!! We are new to Columbus IN andhave ordered from Casey?s in many states, this is the worst experience I have had. Please avoid this Casey?s and the poormanagement. Read more
