I love how fresh the food is and how hard the people work there, I didn't know that some of them are in by 630am everyday... prepping the food! I ordered a chicken bowl and a Steak bowl I put guacamole in both. I am finally eating my food about four hours later because I... am at work and the first big bite I take there is a giant wad of avocado skin. You can imagine my frustration after Spending $30for a bowl of steak in a bowl of chicken and then there being a golf ball sized one of avocado skin and it. When I finally got ahold of someone in customer service they couldn?t understand a word I was saying I couldn?t understand a word of what they weresaying and still no resolution has been reached. I wish I could give this restaurant zero stars. I also feel as though I shouldget a refund, and paid for going out of my way to have such a terrible experience. And please don?t offer me a link to go tobecause I?m not wasting my time. Read more

I can honestly say this was the worst Chipotle I have ever been too. They skimped the serving and were out of several menu... items. I ordered brown rice, double chicken, pico, hot salsa and lettuce. There wasn't even a full chicken breast worth of aserving for the double order of chicken, I would have been lucky if it was even 5oz worth. The bowl they put it in was about aquarter full with everything I ordered and I was charged full price, and for the double chicken. I even commented, "that's adouble order", and was told "yes". The service wasn't that great either, the person making the dish, you could tell she didn'twant to be there at all. I can understand that but please give customers what they pay for. Luckily I don't live in Columbus,meaning that I won't have to eat there when my family wants Chipotle. I usually don't give bad reviews but the experience was alet down. Read more

It's Chipotle, so most know what to expect. Fast service and the food is good. Taste and quality is very consistent with good... portion size. Barbacoa is my go to protein selection, always tasty. Read more

The food was great the service wasn't very good though. And they were out of state well at least they told us they were out of... steak. It was 8:30 they close at 10:00. And then later on a customer come through and ask for steak and they went in the backand got stake & prepared it. Kind of aggravating they were out of chips too man can you believe that. Read more

Haven't had it in over a year, I eat the same meal all the time. It is a good price, good portions, always good and... filling.. It went up almost $4 dollars!!!!! I'm not paying 15 dollars for a regular no extras bowl after standing in line for30 minutes with 9 people in front of me. They had 9 Chipotle associates on front line. 3 .5 making food then 2! No salsa at allon the make station, sour cream looked like milk. By time I paid for my meal, which took 15 minutes at the register, and Ipaid in cash. I stood at the register for another 15 minutes ???????? waiting for someone to give me the meal I paid for. Thecashier walked away after giving me my paper bills and shorted me my change, and did not give me my receipt. My mother was inthe hospital, I had not eaten all day, so was really looking forward to a delicious hot full meal. A 10th Chipotle associateasked if I wanted something,???????? I replied that I would like my food, which sat on the counter, now shoved halfwayback towards the meat station, then proceeded to tell me she wanted to see my receipt,, then remarked " the food isn't free." That was a fiasco.. It literally took 3 non English speaking associates to put it in a bag. Finally get out to my car, I figured I would eat in my car before returning to the hospital. I open my bowl, thinking yummy, yummy!!!!!! This meal is atreat for me, I don't get it often No! No, NO! The bowl was half full if it was lucky!! Sour cream, sour cream where is it??No cheese. I didn't have much time, and couldn't afford to buy more, had no choice but to eat it. NO!!!! It was cold!!! Ittook the associates so long my food, for me, was inedible. I cannot stand cold food. Which left me, a diabetic, starving untilbreakfast. So, worst experience ever there. Very disappointed, was my favorite place. Read more

Out of chicken. Out of dressing for the salad. Lettuce was not cut up. Too big of pieces. No black beans. No veggies. Very... confused workers. Took forever to get through the line. Parking lot was full of trash. Outside tables were dirty and they were out of trays. Just an unacceptable experience. Usually very good but last Mon night Aug 15 was horrible! Read more
