I go to the store to pick up a pizza and they wanted to give me an incomplete order, I have to wait another 5 minutes because... they forgot to cook the wings when I get home I realize that they are not the correct toppings, I call and a rude woman answersinstead of solving something they wanted me to spend more resources when they were the ones who made a mistake, it was goodpizzas, too bad that the staff does not take their work seriously Read more
Talk about rude!I have ordered from Domino's for years!And I must admit it has been a while since I ordered a pizza from... them.They said they had a large pizza for 1099 I had an extraSauce and cheeseAnd one more toppingAnd it was over $20!So I getthe pizza and there's no extra cheese no extra topping I call themAnd the guy said I made that pizza for you personally and Iknow it had extra sauce in it cheese and I saidYou want me to bring it over to you and take a look at it?And he says no, youjust have a good night.And I said what's your name? And he says you just have a good night!And I said so you're not going tomakeAny kind of reconciliation?And he said, you just have a good nightThat's a first for me!Domino's has alwaysGone the extramile to make things right.I used to love Domino's pizza!.There are plenty of other places in this town nowTo order.It's just toobad!Something that has been around for so longAnd was good for so long! The food's delish. But I ordered online and I didn't get my drink but it showed it on the online receipt, but apparently it... didn't show on their screens. Then I called and the woman who delivered my order was rude with me over the phone and insisted Inever ordered a drink, while I was looking at the order online. Read more

I've remained a Domino's customer for years and so far I used to love it. But it's time to change my mind. I ordered a carry out... # 2115 with premium chicken this evening. Eveverything was right except it had no chicken in it when unboxed at home. I know ithappens sometimes but kindly put a little more focus. Good luck. Read more
The lady manager could NOT have been more rude! Our pizza and cheese bread were doughy. She refused to give us all the refund... for these, called me a liar, said we were not worth her time. I called back to get her name. She refused to give it to me, saidshe did not care if we call corporate, and said don't call my store again. Back when I was a manager of a hotel we would havebeen fired for such behavior. She has this attitude and you be loosing a lot more customers. This Dominos literally never disappoints. They get our order right every time, deliver on time, and their curbside pickup is... good too. The location is clean and the staff is nice. If I had to say one not so good thing, it would be that I haven?t been alucky winner or anything free yet ha ha. Read more
