amazingly bad. either they are sold out of what you want, or they short change you - half filled salads, stale bread. etc.... rarely do we get an order where there isn't something either missing or just plain wrong (wrong soup, etc.). Read more

Based on the fact this is a fast food establishment, the food is above par in variety & quality compared to most other fast food... chains. Of all the quick places to eat in Columbus this place is most consistent in service by far. Even when the workers seemstressed & overworked they get the correct order out & are always nice & helpful. They keep the place clean & do a good job.Much of the general public still underestimates that there is a reasonable amount skill required to keep places like thisrunning smoothly. Menu items run out occasionally. Things like this almost always boil down to a system/workforce issue & areless related to the people you can see at the register or in the food prep area. When I give my patronage to a fast foodrestaurant I expect a level of service & quality that is parallel to what anyone should expect of a fast food restaurant.
