I tend to do the online ordering, and it's always so quick and smooth. I've ordered from the Papa John's multiple times now and... the staff is friendly, food is always done on time and it's always correct. 10/10 in my book! Read more
My boyfriend ordered two pizzas from here last night. They only delivered half of the order. We had to call to call them and... explain the situation and they offered to send the other pizza over. Pizza never arrived and they all but called my boyfriend aliar. Save your money, you'll never recieve your order if you live in an apartment complex, apparently. Read more
Gotta love the call center. Even when they mess your order up. Can't get ahold of anyone from the actual store until you are... trying to reach the call center about their mess up. Spent $60 and no answer on how or what's going to happen to fix it otherthen the store manager offered a free pizza for the call centers mistake. Read more
