Went here today for a quick dinner. Going to Walmart and buying frozen pizza would have been better. My order was wrong. They... didnt give us one of our breadsticks and tried to argue about it when it was clearly on the receipt. The little blonde girl atthe window kept my change to give herself a tip and refused to give it back. The manager was beyond rude when I called to file acomplaint. This place is literally stealing money from people. I'm shocked they're steal open as judging by the reviews here I'mnot the only one they've stolen from. Read more

We ordered the new Edge Pizza with thin crust. My husband and I agree; best pizza we have had from this Pizza Hut in years.... Crust was crispy; lots of toppings; absolutely delicious!! Decided to give Pizza Hut another chance after over a year today. At 7:30, we received our delivery order. All we had ordered... two pans of the chicken pasta, and asked had upgraded to cheese sticks. Hard to mess up, right? When we got our food, the cheesesticks were missing and the pasta not only looked but tasted as if it was made hours ago and was not warm. I have calledmultiple times, and not once has anyone picked up the phone. Twice, I selected ?new order? on the phone and asked to betransferred to this store, but no one picked up. I try to be understanding, as I also work in fast food, but this is absolutelyridiculous. I don?t recommend ordering from this store. Read more
Really bad experience, had a online pick up order, the pizza crust was broken at several places, holes were poked in crust. A... frozen pizza would have been better option than this location. The cashier added his own tip on my card after I signed thereceipt. Shut this place down, never going there again. Read more
6:10 PM on a Saturday evening,ordered pickup.. Large pepperoni,large sausage,personal pan cheese. Got stuck in between cars in... the drive through line. It?s now 8:20 pm and I just got home with $40 worth of pizza. I?ve seen a lot of bad service in the lastfew years but this one hands down beats them all. The attached pics represent $40 worth of pizza. Pay attention Pizza Hutbecause stores with service like I received this evening is precisely why Pizza Hut is failing. I have mixed feelings about my recent delivery order. Delivery was on time, driver was nice. They did not skimp out on toppings... which I really appreciate. Both pizzas ended up being ma huge bummer though because there is almost no sauce on either one. Ithink they knew they messed up because they even sent a side of BBQ sauce. I wish they would?ve sent tomato sauce too, because Ican?t taste it at all. Read more
I ordered pizza from this location about 2 weeks ago. Picked it up got home and of course it was wrong not to mention hardly no... sauce or toppings. The bread sticks were at least 3 to 4 hours old my dog couldn't even chew through them without a struggle. Icalled complained to on duty manager. She was incredibly rude but finally agreed to a 25.00 credit or remaking my order. I saidI couldn't make it back that night since it was late and I had to put kids to bed. She said she would put the 25.00 credit onfor my next visit and I had 30 days to use it. I said thank you and hung up. I went back today to get pizza and guess what themanager never put it in system. Therefore they would not help me. Extremely rude service and worst pizza ever. No wonder pizzahut is a thing of the past. If you want edible dinner for your family don't go here.
