I have waited 1 month to do this review because I wanted to make sure that I was in the best state of mind to write this review.... I walked out of this Qdoba seething in anger that day. I visited to get a burrito that day and noticed the individual doing theburrito for me had "shorted" me on ingredients previously. He had just made a burrito for someone else {online order) and I sawthat it was about 1/2 the normal size given. As he progressed in making mine, I was having to say "more" with every ingredientI was requesting. When finished, I stated at the cashier's station that the individual was trying to short me, had done itbefore and had just done it to another customer. At which point the girl (maybe manager) threw my burrito in the trash and saidthey wouldn't serve me. I again stated they needed to do something about the " shorting" employee. (I was going there 1-2x/weekat that time). A gentlemen from the back came out and said that I needed to leave or I "would be leaving in handcuffs". When Ireached the exit door, the same man yelled through restaurant that the employee in question was autistic. I do not think thatbecause an employee is disabled he should be able to get away with providing improper quantities to customers. I haven't beenback since. Read more
$9 for a hand full of cold wet food. --I ordered the cauli-mash grilled chicken protein bowl. Sure, the presentation looks nice... just to get disappointed w/ taste and price. I assume grilled chicken & grilled veggies would be hot. What a joke. $4 for food$5 for air. Read more
Placed online order. Ordered nachos. Didn?t get nachos. I got a bowl of toppings. Management offered me an exciting opportunity.... I was given the chance to make a second trip to the store and pick up my own chips. Must be some sort of new interactivecustomer experience. No other solution was provided. I opted to not participate and opened a new bag of tostitos. If you arelooking for a one of a kind experience, visit this store. Definitely would do again. 8 footballs out of 27. ???? Read more
It was great aside from the one dude in the line with 8 orders. DUDE THEY HAVE AN APP AND PICKUP FOR REASONS. Staff handled it... well aside from the line that grew since people couldn't tell one person was actually eight. Read more
