Food was good. I had the fish and chips and I'm always surprised how good it is. My wife had the chowder and really enjoyed it.... Table service was great. The feel of the restaurant was really top notch, and you can tell it's been renovated recently. Theonly complaint was the person at the front desk. She looked right through two families waiting at the front desk and only gotthem registered when asked to do so. She seemed completely disinterested in her job. Today was probably the most disheartening experience here. Usually it's decent. And I understand everywhere is short staffed, I... honestly do. However, we waited at least 15 mins for someone to even ask for our drinks and it wasn't our server . In fact wenever actually had a server. The person we were told would be with us ,never came . I think the manager is the one who took ourdrink & food order. We only got 3 biscuits total. Then we had a different person bring our food. From then on, no server. Noone came back .We weren't asked for refills or if we needed anything . The ultimate fest wasn't so ultimate. Some of the usualthat come on the plate, weren't there.it was all very skimped and food presentation was like it was tossed together. No one wasin sight to even flag down to ask for the rice, butter or anything extra if needed. No one even brought our check. We are just honest enough to pay on the kiosk thing at the table &we even tipped ( jokes on us for that one) . It would have been nothingto dine and dash. Karma is something we believe in ,so we didn't do such a thing. We spent more time waiting for someone to evencare to help us and honestly more money than this experience was worth. be careful when you use gift card in this store. I used a brand new $50 dollar red lobster gift card for lunch on 8/29 and in... total it is $14. I tried to use it again today for lunch and they told me zero dollar left. I just called the number on the backof card and they told me another $36 transaction happened right after $14 on the same day same store. I have happy moment in redlobster in all different stores, but I guess something is happening in this red lobster in Columbus, IN. Maybe using gift cardto place a pick up order is safer from this store. Read more

Attentive personal and management. Good mix drink. Happy and full. WiFi is slow and Skippy. I seen the bill itemized to be more... cost efficient for the customer. Thank you for the good meal. Read more

Red Lobster has always been my favorite restaurant. But when covid happened, they took away the endless shrimp season. Which is... always on my birthday. Well, I mean it’s on the menu but it’s not the same. Still that’s what we ordered. Haha. Thislocation was super clean and everyone was friendly. The food came out hot and pretty fast. Food wasn't to bad... But the waitress wouldn't leave us alone telling us about her freaking issues. And how bad they are... treated working there. If you can handle all that. Try it out. Maybe you will like it better than we did. Read more

Had great service with manger Teresa and my waitress was Amber who was very attentive but yet allowed me to eat my meal in... peace. The service was fine, food came quicker than I expected. My meal was exactly what I ordered. Was even asked to cutmy steak so I was satisfied as to the way I ordered it. My overall experience was great.
