My sandwich & chili was hot and really good. My husband got chilli & fries the fries were slightly warm but Chilli was hot.
Waited for 40 minutes to pick up our mobile orders. If it wasn?t for the fact that we had already paid for the meals we would?ve... gone somewhere else. When we got our first bag of food the employee at the window asked for one of the bags back so he couldmake sure he gave us the right food. Waited in line at the drive thru for 30 min to get food then when checking the food before I left I found the order was wrong. I... asked if they could remake it at the door they said no they said I had to wait back in the drive thru line which was about 8cars long . They slammed the door in my face and said I would have to wait another potentially 40 min in line to correct theorder . And this was at 620 pm I arrived waiting in drive thru line at 550 . What on earth.. idk what?s going on here lately but please re-train staff on cooking/safety standards. Night shift seems to be... ok but day shift seems unfamiliar with cooking in general.
