My sandwich & chili was hot and really good. My husband got chilli & fries the fries were slightly warm but Chilli was hot.
Waited for 40 minutes to pick up our mobile orders. If it wasn?t for the fact that we had already paid for the meals we would?ve... gone somewhere else. When we got our first bag of food the employee at the window asked for one of the bags back so he couldmake sure he gave us the right food. Waited in line at the drive thru for 30 min to get food then when checking the food before I left I found the order was wrong. I... asked if they could remake it at the door they said no they said I had to wait back in the drive thru line which was about 8cars long . They slammed the door in my face and said I would have to wait another potentially 40 min in line to correct theorder . And this was at 620 pm I arrived waiting in drive thru line at 550 . Ordered plain spicy chicken sandwiches and received a bacon cheeseburger and a chicken club or something, not close to what we... ordered. I would have gone back but I was already several miles away when I discovered what happened. Read more
Place is really nasty and slow service There were ants in the soda machine and flies all over the store.
Find new management. Couldn?t point them out if they were there but employees look very unkept. Hair covering their face. Shirts... looked like 3 sizes too big. Just all looked sloppy. Kid taking orders just waited til the car left before taking next order.Doesn?t help out when they are clearly running slow. I don?t think they are understaffed just poorly managed. We stopped in today 7/9. This has to be the dirtiest Wendy's I have ever been in. I had to quit looking around because it was... greasy and crusty. The dirt and buildup on equipment was visible from the counter. The vents overhead were leaking and moldy.The glass in waiting room was streaked with crud. They had plenty of staff and everyone was friendly. However instead ofstanding around and visiting they should of been cleaning that nasty mess. What on earth.. idk what?s going on here lately but please re-train staff on cooking/safety standards. Night shift seems to be... ok but day shift seems unfamiliar with cooking in general. Meat was not cooked. Very concerning. This can cause illness. Wedon?t need another lettuce issue. This is something in your control. Do better. Read more
