Service was pretty normal staff was friendly. Environment was reasonably clean even just after a lunch rush. Something was wrong... with the soda machine, few options available and served with 20oz bottles. Quality and taste of the pizza didn't seem normal ofwhat I remember from PizzaHut. The dough was cooked enough that it wasn't doughy but hadn't browned up at all. It threw off thewhole flavor profile. The sandwich that was also ordered was good. I suspect the pizza was a one off occurrence, I think anotherminute or two in the oven would have probably done wonders. Read more
Very rarely do I have a bad experience at the locations I order from. Never had to complain about an order or wait times when... ordering through the app. All in all, all's good so far. Read more
im not a fan of the pre made crust, but their personal pan pizza 6 inch was great, service is the best
Had ordered Pizza and pan bread, went to get it and they gave it to some else. Was told they would credit my phone number for... our next visit. Called in to order another pizza and asked if there was a credit. They said nope, that they expire after amonth. I was not told that originally. This Pizza Hut is ran poorly and we will not return here again. Read more
Excellent customer service, the staff is so friendly and the food is always top notch. I give it five stars, even though it is... disappointing that this location doesn't deliver. For such a small town, you would think that delivery would be an option. Butthe quality of their product and customer care more than makes up for the lack of delivery service. Read more
Ordered a pizza, ham & cheese sandwich & chocolate chip cookie. Pizza was great- the sandwich was burnt around the edges & the... cookie was burnt on the bottom & around the edge. Very disappointed in the fact that 2 out of the 3 things I paid for wereburnt. Note to self: if you wouldn't eat it then don't give it to your customers. It's that simple. Read more
Great atmosphere, clean, and well serviced. Our server even asked if we wanted to-go drinks. The buffet was kept full and hot.... Salad bar was fresh as well. A great restaurant for a small town. Read more
Look even closer and you can see smaller hairs. ???? My wife bought two pizzas and breadsticks for our family and the hvac team... we had installing a new furnace for us, suffice to say there wasnt much eaten. Gloves and masks in a food prep environment go along way. My biggest hope is that the hair is from someone's beard, because it definitely isnt from the top of someones head. Read more
