After Sunday Service, my church family and I decided to dine here. Although Everything was fine, except their teamwork skills.... We watched managers and other coworkers observe our server struggling trying to serve 18 people ; instead of helping. At onepoint, she was breathing heavy indicating stress ,and they just continued to watch her slowly become more and more overwhelmed.This is not what a healthy work environment looks like. My friends and I ate here a couple of days ago. Cameron was our waitress. She was very nice and attentive. However the hostess... was not as nice. Also the food (although it looked great) was bland. Had to drive to Fulton from Amory to get these?. Well managed. Opened registers and kept people flowing. While other places let... you stand in line playing on the phone. Not here. Great job from front to back Read more
Food was pretty good. Fish could've been been cooked a minute or two longer. Everything else was great. Server was friendly and... fairly prompt. Atmosphere was the best I'd ever ever experienced there. Manager was out on the floor, helping where needed andgreeting guests. Quite a different change all around from a few years ago. Read more
Okay so a lot of traveling for work so I go to alot of different places to eat while out of town. This is the 3rd time I gave... stopped by this establishment, the first time I had horrible service from the bar, food all wrong and they didn't do anythingabout it.. second time I had amazing service made me happy to try it again, order was correct and fast service... Now we come tothis time I walked in the manager greats me at the bar and ask for my drink order I had a drink in less than 3 mins.. amazing. My bar tender shower up says hi I will be with u in a min.. turns around walks away with her phone on a video call and sitsacross from the bar at a table talking to person she was extra friendly too.. I tried to get her attention but she neverlooked my way the only reason she got up is another server asked her for her drinks.. she made drinks and was still on the phoneon video cutting up.. 23mins after she told me she would be rite with me is when I was able to get her attention so I couldorder my lunch.. I ordered my food and of course it came out wrong she was more worried about her phone than my order becauseit came out exactly how she put it in, which isn't how I ordered it, nothing but problems with this establishment..
