Came through last night. Ordered what should've been 25-30 in food. Cashier took upon herself to upside 3 meals to large and the... one meal that was supposed to be large to medium. Didn't get my 2 for $7 beef n cheddars. Was missing a fry, no sauce asrequested and my Reuben add extra meat had almost no meat at all and extra craut. Have tried to call 3x over spam of 24hours andnobody answers the phone. Terrible! Read more
Rude and abusive employees that lied saying cheese sticks were no longer on the menu even though they are featured in the drive... through. Also, the roast beef on sandwich was coarse cut. I will be following up with corporate. Employees need retrainingand I would suggest new management as well. I own multiple restaurants in CO?.this is the wrong way to do business! Read more
Had the smokehouse brisket sandwich, I wish the sandwiches actually looked like what is on their sign. It was good but needed... more brisket. Fries were good and the Arby's sauce was great too! Read more
Food was fresh and delicious as always. However they made my wife's beef and cheddar without the cheddar or Arby's sauce. We... were on the road and called and they said they would replace the sandwich and took our name down for the next visit. Would be a5 if they didn't mess up the order, would be a 3 if they didn't replace the food. Read more
Great service, clean tables and floors, food was hot and tasty. Dine in was very pleasant.
We hit Arbys on hwy. 45 about 3 or 4 times a month. This is the best Arbys I have Ever visited! They are kind and thorough and... always take the time to make my food just right. Everything was fine except they didn't put my Arby's Sauce on my sandwich
It was pretty costly for one person at $14. But the food was good.
