Worst fast food experience of my life. Not only did I wait 30 minutes to get to the window, when I got there they had given my... food away. So they retook my order and I waited another 15 minutes before coming back to the window. They had given my food awayAGAIN. No apologies, nothing. It?s good, in a not so busy area. However, the one time I went, they forget to give me a straw, utensils/napkin, and dipping... sauce that I asked for. So I got a plastic bag with 8 count and fries that?s it. Since this is the only chick fil a in area youneed to be better at this type of service, thank you. Read more

I placed a delivery order at 6:39 pm on a Monday and it took two hours for delivery. I live less than 5 miles from the... restaurant. Zero communication and no effort to explain. This Columbus franchise is a pathetic example of what Chik Fil A isknown for. Read more

Food cold always. This time I ordered two grilled chicken club sandwiches and fried. Got one order of chicken. Had to get out... of car and walk the order back. She brought new order to my car and when I got home it was just two plain grilled sandwicheswith no bacon or sauce. Read more

I grabbed chicken tenders instead of my usual nuggets. Still great Chick-fil-A flavor, but not cleaned and trimmed enough for my... liking. I am Not a fan and will stick with nuggets next trip. I placed a catering order for pickup at this location on the chick-fil-a app a few days in advance, and then called this... location to confirm the date and time of pickup. Unfortunately, when I arrived to pick up the order I was told they had norecord of a catering order placed. Okay, not a big deal, I got there early and luckily they were able to put the order in andhave it ready without costing me too much time. However, I checked my credit statement and find I was still charged for theoriginal order that I never received. After multiple calls, being put on hold for lengthy amounts of time, and talking withmultiple managers here, I still haven?t been refunded. I?ve also experienced having my order wrong multiple times at thislocation (that have been corrected/compensated via the app luckily). Chick-fil-a is known for great service, and sadly thislocation has shown me that it is below average in that respect among franchise locations. Read more

Best customer service around , all of the staff/employees really make you feel like they want you to feel special and return. Seems to be a fairly new franchise in Columbus, Mississippi. Everything about this place is good. Super fast and friendly drive... through and very nice indoor dining. Everyone there is friendly and efficient. A very good Chick-fil-A installation. Read more
