I showed up at 1240 pm and I could not get a to go order until 2pm at the earliest. There was a line out the door to be seated,... about 130 to sit down . Reservations, if taken, would be a good thing to have here New day 7/19/201: I had to send the steakback. I ordered it medium well and it came to the table medium. When it came out the second time it too was mostly medium. Toohungry to send it back again. Waitress Elizabeth was great .The side of the restaurant near the bathrooms stank like the carpetswas wet and mildewy. Worst visit here ever when I did eat. I came on a Saturday, about 200 pm, it took 30 minutes to get onesteak and a hamburger, it took an additional 30 minutes to get a drink refill. Our server was Ashley W., she never asked if wewanted more bread, or a refill, checked on us to see if the meal was okay. She did not deliver the food, some man did. She neverasked if we wanted dessert.They were either under staffed or do not care about the customers. The bathroom floors were veryslippery, I almost fell even with my cane. The carpet from the seating booth all the way to the restrooms stank like mildewycarpets. This restaurant needs to be shut down for cleaning. Today 1/30/21 I ordered online. I had the 20 ounce ribeye, loadedbaked potato, and broccoli. I ordered 35 minutes ahead of pick up time. After notifying them I was there the food came to me inabout 5 minutes. As an individual from out of state visiting for the holiday I and my family come to this establishment to have a few drinks. We... had an amazing time for about thirty minutes before being told to move to another area of the restaurant due to a family memberworking at said location. I?m spending my money with my family I hardly see mind you with intentions of giving a generous tip tothe bar tenders in a location where we are comfortable with and due to whatever reason we needed to move to another area of thesame location is petty and I will never return.
