They DO NOT have curbside pickup! *** I did try your food and service. Food was average... better than pizza hut. However, I... chose Lost Pizza because the website said there was curbside pickup. I called to let them know I was there to pick up but wastold that service was not an option. I let them know that the website said it is. The young man on the phone said he wouldbring it out but never did. I ended up going inside to get my order. Read more

House salad and tamales were good, barbecue pizza had almost zero flavor. Looked good, but had no flavor. Not sure how that... could possibly happen... Reply to their reply: Yes, I'm certain that I do not have the rona. It was just a poorly made pizza. It looks like this is a common problem at this particular location and you are not really trying to solve the problem, butrather chasing off new customers. I've been to several lost pizza locations and all have been more than good, but this one Iwon't revisit. I've been twice, the first time faded into mediocrity and the second got the above review. If you care, the cookseems to need replacing or retraining. If you don't, you won't have to worry about having a business for long. Best of luck toya. ?? Read more

First time trying Lost and well it?s just not good. I ordered a "small" build your own with EXTRA Pepperoni and onion. It was... an $11 pizza and as you can see from the photo not worth it at all. The pizza was tiny it?s more of an individual size than asmall and I had ONE...I REPEAT ONE piece of pepperoni on each slice except for one slice I had NONE. I paid $3 for extrapepperoni. So if you order regular pepperoni you must get one piece for the whole pie. Flavor was good but not worth the money. Read more

Great place to eat! Many choices that are not the "traditional" pizza. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable (I'm sure they have... had everything on menu haha) . Great place to take the family or dine alone. Read more

First and foremost my order was wrong and secondly this extra thin crust pizza that I received was not acceptable. This order... was a pickup and yet when I returned to my home me and my children spent more time drinking water to prevent ourselves fromchoking. Maybe their focus is on the specialty pizzas but I would consider the focus being on overall customer satisfaction as Iam extremely dissatisfied by my experience and this is not been one dissatisfying experience but two to three or fourdissatisfying experiences and therefore I shall no longer support such an establishment that has poor regards towards thecustomer. A message to management..... Do not respond with your non humiliated apologies as you are well aware of your lack ofproduction in regards to quality of dining experience from ordering to offering specialties and offering suggestions tostaffing. Close your doors is that will be the best way that you can support this community. Read more

Disgusted and sickened by the pizza prepared at this restaurant. This was my first time trying Lost Pizza Co in Columbus and my... Kujo pizza had wads of gray and brown hair in the center touching all pieces of my pizza. It was absolutely revolting. I calledto inform the manager on duty and received an apology with an offer of a gift card for the value of the pizza. Because it wasnot just one or two pieces of hair, it was in fact, MANY hairs all inside the pizza, it made me feel that the hair wasintentionally baked into the pizza as some repulsive act by an employee here. We will not order or eat here ever again. WouldNOT recommend this place ever because of this stomach-churning first and last experience. Read more

This place should be renamed The Mystical Mojo Experience. It's so eclectic and unusual it is hard to pick a starting point. The... most obvious is in the funky decor. It is like an Italian cook designed the set for an Indian Jones movie and include some hattips to prohibition gangsters but made it fun for kids as well. The menu is an explosion of funky cool choices main sammichesand (brace yourself) pizzas. But they also had TAMALES! (More on those later) and sweet, glorious beeeer! The one down side(for me!) was that you have to walk up to a counter to place your order. No table-side service. When I walked up, a young ladbehind the register was thumbing his phone and not on the lookout for customers. (I get it. Gen Z and such.) Fortunately, themanager called out his name and he looked up to take our order with a smile. Nice smile. Pardoned him for his dopamine + phoneaddiction. We had s Delta Melt, a MeeMaw, and a Mister G. All were sammiches. All had quirky stories and amazing flavorcombinations. I had the MeeMaw which anywhere else would be called: a meatball sub. Ho-lee Baby Jesus! It was huge and triplecheesy and saucy and BOOM BOOM POW it asked me to marry it and we got hitched right there and I devoured the whole thing. Bestmeatball sub in the state. Anyone who says otherwise is lying! I mentioned the beer? It was cold and delicious and served in akooky frozen mug. I think my first mug was a mason jar and my second was from a mini-blender. Not sure but I did the drinkingand said lots of thanking. Y'all! Did you know they had TAMALES! What kind of faux Italian gangster hippie joint is gonna evenTRY to rock the tamale action? Well Lost Pizza Co says they have (and I use quotes!) "Mississippi Delta Hot Tamales!" If you arenot from Mississippi, then you have no idea that tamales are different in the Delta. Long historic story there but I ain'tgetting paid by the word so I'm not typing out the tale. Suffice it to say that GOOD Delta tamales are: Read more
