I ordered curbside on the app. I called, like it says on the sign, and they said they would be out as soon as it was done. This... was at 2:45 and the expected time for pickup was 2:43. I had to go in shoeless at 3PM and wait another 15 minutes while staringat my food getting cold in the expo. Then when it was done, instead of handing it to me, the employee sat it on the drive thrucounter! Overall, my meal was 34 minutes later than the pickup time. Very dissatisfied. Read more

Hands down best Mcallister?s ever. Great food and good prices like normal, but here you can find the best service ever. Unsure... of what to eat for lunch on a random day, stop here and you won?t be disappointed! Read more
I bought a tea pass about a week ago. The iced tea is so good at McAlisters. So if I'm out I swing buy and get my tea for .38... cents (tax). Too cool! Read more
This is it. All the meat you get on a piece of soggy bread. Taste like something we used to make during desperate times in my... younger days with a microwave cheese and store bought turkey. Definitely do not recommend this location. You would get a betterbang for your buck going to firehouse or subway. First time every trying and last time. The fruit bowl was the best part. Read more
The rampant incompetence of this location is astounding. This ordeal begins with their online ordering constantly being down. ... Furthermore, items online are marked not available at this location when they actually are (I know this because once the onlinesystem failed I ordered in person). Fast forward to this particular order, I ordered a pick two with a baked potato and a salad. This order was a to go. In what conceivable universe is it a good idea in food service to put hot food in the same box as coldfood?! At first I thought I was missing an item, so I came back inside. One of the employees insisted it was packed and askedme to bring in my bags of food to check. Upon my closer inspection I found the salad and potato in the same box. The employeeinsisted this is ?how it has always been done? (which it has not, after going to McAlister?s in multiple states and locations). Meanwhile the person who I can only assume was acting manager stood there slack jawed in the back window. I understand there arelimited options in Columbus but the lack of thought and customer service is amazing. Please do better. Read more
I thought the food was pretty good, but the service wasn?t exactly superb. In fact, the final cashier & the manager left me... with a very unwelcoming feeling & I didn?t want to return or ever spend our money there again! Read more
I stop here frequently when I am in town but I have never left a review. The workers here are always so courteous and... accomadating it is worth that alone to stop here but the food has always been excellent as well. I would say this is definitelya step above of other mcalisters I have visited. Read more
