Terrible customer service. Unprofessional ?manager? the delivery driver couldn?t get into the gate so while still on the phone I... sent my husband down and the driver was GONE. Didn?t call me nothing. I had to call him and he said he left to do otherdeliveries and then will be back after. I told them I didn?t pay for cold pizza. The manager was rude and was no help. Quick service, good Buffalo wings but the ultimate pepperoni pizza left alot to be desired.
This location is me and my wife?s go-to after a long week and we want to do a stay at home date night. Our order is pretty... consistent and I?d say about 95% of the time we get exactly what we ordered. I chop is the other times there have been errorswhen they have had new staff or have been very busy. Overall we?ll continue to choose Papa John?s over the other pizza places inColumbus. We ordered on the way back home from a day trip. The middle of our pizza had raw dough. Toppings were clumped together, handfuls... of olives all together, etc. A very disappointing Papa John's experience, and not what I expect of one. Read more
Normally I love Papa John?s regular breadsticks, but this time they were flat and barely warm. I won?t get them from this... location anymore. The young man that delivered them was very nice and that is the reason for a 3 stars! Read more
UPATE: not long after posting this the original review, I received an email offering to take care of the problem, I have updated... my rating from two stars to four. Thank you for listening. original review: I ordered over the phone, went to pick it up andknew I should verify it was correct before I left. It was not, my details on the box were correct, not the pizza inside. When Itold them, they went to make another one, but I was not willing to wait. I told them I would take the incorrect pizza, but Iwould appreciate if they made it right by providing me a credit for the future, they agreed, collected my details and I left.Fast forward a couple days later and I called to use said credit, and no request had been submitted in my name for me to use.Nothing was done to make it right!
