4:45 ordered online. Received a text 5:01 that my order was out for delivery due by 5:45 per the original email. 5:53 called... and placed on hold by a guy. Answering the phone by asking to be placed on hold is not very professional btw. 6:02 Answered.Different guy answers the phone. Sounded half asleep. Asks for my name and phone number. Tells me "It" says it is out fordelivery. Cancelled the order. 6:31 Guy that answered the phone calls me back to confirm my delivery address???? WTH So from4:45 PM - 6:31PM a grown adult could not make a pizza and deliver it 1.7 miles? And these are the people demanding $15.00 as abase wage........SMHL Placed additional calls and an email to get points back. Not the first issue, but can assure of it beinglast. There's too many other options on this highway to continually put up with sub standard service. Typical ##### place inthe area. Never observe parking spaces. As for 'fast food' pizza, the Hut is my favorite. Toppings are fresh, delivery is fast, and I think they have the better thin... crust pizza. Read more
Pizza Hut gets worse consistently every time I go ( to any location) my pizza is a little colder, drier, and has less toppings.... Last time I bought a meat lovers pizza I was amazed at how it looked like a frozen pizza, a cheap one. Oh now we have to pay$1.08 to sprinkle some cheese on it? Everyone out pizzas the hut. My order is always a hand tossed Italian sausage pizza cut into squares (I grew up in Chicago and that's the way I ate it) and... the order is correct every time and it is delicious. Don't trust me, try it for yourself. Read more
My pizzas are always prepared as I ordered. They are fresh and hot. The staff are friendly, always an enjoyable experience.
I asked for extra sauce and boy did I get it! I also doubled the cheese on my meat lovers pizza and it really popped! The kids... enjoyed it. The only reason I didn't give a 5 is because the crust was not well done, which is probably because of the extrastuff! We love Pizza Hut! Read more
I ordered food at 4:44. The app said it would be ready at 5:00. I showed up at 6:00 and still had to wait. It took a while for... someone to finally greet me and others. The manager stated he just took over and he was clueless as to what was going on andstated they are about to make my pizzas. Either my pizza was never made or it was given away. I finally left at 6:23. After allof this I hope my order is correct and the food is good. Read more
