The line took entirely too long to get through, then when we get to the window the girl is on facetime talking to someone... goofing off. What the actual heck is going on at this Popeyes. A waste of time and not worth the money. Read more

Staff was rude, I asked for my cup upon ordering and the cashier told me she was gonna give me my cup. But as I continued to... wait and wait and wait. I never got my cup. Until I requested it again to leave. They had no shrimp but the people behind me gotshrimp. When I told the lady I had coupons she screamed for a manager and said omg she has a coupon. Was also out of regulartenders so I had to get spicy. If I hadn't already paid for my food I would have left and went somewhere else. Also no one hashairnets on. Not even the managers. All the tables were dirty with debris and garbage cans were over flowing. Read more

Ordered via app. Stood in store for 45 minutes, waiting. No employee ever make eye contact with me, much less said a word to me.... Everyone behind the counter looked absolutely miserable. I won't be back. Two stars given only because the food tasted OK. Notgreat, but OK. Read more

I usually wait in the drive thru line for 20 minutes, even if there's only 4 cars. I've never seen such a slow drive thru in my... life, and ive worked in restaurantsfor years. Plus, there's a wasp nest nearby so the will wasps constantly attempt to fly intomy car. And the cherry on top, the employees talk to and look at you like they hate your guts most of the time. If it weren'tfor the chicken sandwich, I would never visit this place. Read more

I have stopped going for a minute, because the attitudes get out of hand at times. Like I mentioned on another post, since COVID... ppl just don't care what they say or how they say it. This happened at the Popeyes in Westpoint and Columbus. But what can youdo when management won't change things or teach employees to learn how to treat the customers. No customers are not perfect, butwhen u spending your money, you should be treated better and be able to get the food cooked like you ask. Read more

This place is the worst place I've been to in Columbus ms. I waited in drive through for 15 minutes 3 cars ahead of me pulled... off without ordering. I then went in side to order and 4 people where working including manager. There where 5 people ahead ofme not one time did any worker look up at us waiting in line to order. 2 people walked out with out ordering I stayed in lineanother 10 minutes while listening to people in front of me ask why aren't you taking our order's NOT A WORD from none of thembut laughter. I'll NEVER be back ITS THE WORST FAST FOOD IN TOWN. Why make people wait to order 30 minutes and not speck a word.I think they need new management. It was 830 pm no excuses. Read more

So I dropped in to grab dinner on the way home , on my printed receipt the time I placed my order was 6:24 pm . Here's the... Kicker I get my order and walk out the door 7:04 pm I get home check my order and my large Cajun rice was not even completelyfilled to the top. Kinda like when you open a bag of chips that's filled with air . I'm highly disgusted with the servicehere at the location. Won't be back , I Have noticed that people who order companies like , Door Dash and - Uber Eats gettheir orders much faster as people who go through the drive thru and walk in orders Read more
