Had an app order ahead of time, and still waited 20 minutes for it to come out. Disappointed. UPDATE ...Well tried this sonic... again, today on 09/13/22, used the app again, and got disappointed once again! Waited over 45 minutes to get order after placingby app. I even had to check in twice, it was such a long wait! No apologies or even a good excuse from server for the long wait.Won't be back to this Sonic! So don't even bother using the app, because you will wait possibly longer than anyone else! Read more
As far as sonics go, ours is pretty decent. They are usually fairly fast, the workers aren't rude. And the food is alright. I... miss a lot of the old food sonic used to carry, but it's not their fault they no longer have it. Overall it's good???????? Read more
Ordered a route 44 sweet tea. Received a cup of ice and a watered down version of tea. We assumed that the tea had to be... sitting a while since it was basically ice water and it was made and not delivered to a car prior to my order. Reallydisappointed in Sonic. Read more
The poorest service I've ever seen in my life!! I paid for my order and the girl said she didn't have the change she would have... to go get it. I waited for 20 minutes and still had to push the call button and ask them bring my change to me. And then the carhop had the nerve to be rude to me about it. Pitiful is all I can say about that. That young lady needs to take some lessons inhow to serve at a car hop restaurant. She won't make much if anything in tips. Read more
The Sonic in Vernon Alabama, this time was the worst meal I have ever had here at this location. The tots were either stale or... the fryer oil was unchanged. The hamburger was cold when i got it home the trip home was about ten minutes . The best part ofthe meal was the drink. I was there at 320pm, the burger even after being warmed up was terrible.
