Why would you close at 1pm on a Saturday? These ADD hours have been going on since covid. You can't count on them being open or... having basic ingredients in stock. Keep forcing me to try other places because I hope I find something I like better. Read more

Giving this store two stars only because of a "Manager" named Jasmine. I have been in the store a few times while she has been... working and I have overheard how she speaks with staff and I was disgusted. The worst part is the employees just take it and actas if it is normal and okay to have a manager speak to them that way. I am a manager and I would NEVER speak to my employeesthat way, not anyone! No one deserves to be talked down to and/or belittled especially not in front of EVERYONE includingcustomers! Obviously nothing will happen to this manager over one review, but if you happen to see Jasmine working, make sureyou are extra kind to the employees, they need it!!! Read more
Wow just wow , great customer service which is lacking these days . I felt welcomed, even one of the employees said , " Thank... you for your Service " since I had my Navy shirt on. Now this is a total 180 from my last years visit, were I felt like theemployee could have cared less if I was there. Read more

I?ve never had a problem with Starbucks until today. I ordered a sugar cookie almond milk iced latte and there was no almond... milk in it! It was just espresso with water and syrup. I asked them to re make it and they made it the exact same way. How areyou going to serve an almond milk latte without the main ingredient?!? It tastes horrible and will never go there again Read more
