As usual the food was great. Service was good and the restrooms were clean. Took off 1 star cause the place wasn't clean.... Fingerprints everywhere, tables were sticky, one of the soda fountains were broken and there was a big spill on the floor infront of the other. Read more
Wait takes forever. Been in line for 20 mins. Last time we were here they spilled the soda all over our car. And half the time... the order is wrong. Read more
Went through drive through. Window workers were nice but the food was not good. We ordered Hot Honey Chicken Combo. Buns were... stale, chicken sandwich was dry with very little sauce, fries were soaking in grease and broken in peices. Read more
Cashier was nice and friendly. Place was pretty clean. Food was eh. I'd rather wait a few extra minutes for a properly assembled... burger than something slapped together with condiments all over the outside of my bun and the wrapper. If they could get theirwhole act together at one time consistently I would give them 5 stars. One day the service is awful but the food is great, thenext the service is great and the food is eh. Burgers are great, I like to order a "Quarter pound double stack and chicken nuggets w honey-mustard sauce"! Awesomesauce!!!!... Don't knock it till you try it!!! My favorite salad is the one with apples, but they give you the option to hsve it your way, sosustitute with cherry tomatoes, and the pomegranate vinaigrette dressing....made me go look for it in the grocery store... They're awful. Make sure you check your order before leaving. Went there twice in the last month. Both times they shorted me on... my food. They need to less worried about hanging out, and more worried about getting orders right. And don't worry about tryingto call them in the evening time to make it right they won't answer. Read more
Drop in for a quick bite to eat, the manager Patrick, was exceptionally friendly professional. He greeted us as we walked to... the counter to order our food. I explained to him it's very hard to be greeted in some of the fast food restaurant these days. Many of the employees just look at you like, what are you doing there. I told him how that made me feel welcome to come intohis restaurant.. I had the Son of the Baconator and my daughter had the 10 piece nuggets.. Overall I was pleased with thevisit here at the local Wendy's in Columbus Mississippi. Read more
