We stopped to get some root beer floats they were very good. The bathrooms were extremely dirty and worse than most truck stop... restrooms. The dining room looked like they were remodeling as materials were on top of some tables. Its not as nice as Iremembered it from several years ago. I would stop sgain for the food but would pass on using the restrooms. Read more

Foods amazing but sadly my boyfriend and I drove 45 minutes to come to Columbus on Saturday April 9th and they were closed by... 8:30 pm. Very disappointed as we specifically drove to Columbus to eat here because it says online they close at 9pm. Pleasechange your hours so they match your correct hours and people don't waste their gas. We had a good experience at this A&W. It's sad to see such and iconic fast food restaurant fade away like it has. The menu is... extremely limited, but what we ordered was very tasty and well made. The team was friendly and helpful. We will go return again! Read more
Prices keep going up, understand that! But portions are getting thinner, fish used to be a minimum of 1/2" think then breaded,... the pieces I got were barely 1/4" including the breading, they were thin enough they were dry from being overcooked, the hushpuppies were half raw, wasn't asked what I wanted for a side was just given fries. Place was kinda dingy and dirty. Bathroomhad the normal health code directions on cleaning hands including the use of a towel to dry hands and to turn off water, yet NOpaper towels available only a proven Germ infested air dryer!
