Not enough food on plate for price. Nothing like grand island or Lincoln. Was pretty skimpy. Little scoop of broccoli. Steak... was smaller then we both ordered. We no what Steak size looks like small this was. 6 Oz not 8 Oz. It was very disappointing forthe price. Price don't matter. But expect food on the plate lol. Very poor had to stop and get food to snack on yet for theroad to grand island. Serves was great. Just need to put food on your plate and get the right size of steak on plates whenordered. Read more
0/10 service. After being seated, our waitress took our drink orders (two waters). Returned 5 minutes later with no water and... wanting to take our food order. She brought out our drinks after a while. While waiting for our appetizer, we had finished outdrinks. When our appetizer was delivered she didn?t bother to refill our waters. By the time we received our food we still hadno refills, no silverware, or napkins. We waited 20 minutes to see if she would refill our glasses. She was no where to be foundso we found a new waitress. Upon return of our original waitress, she smelled like strong cigarette smoke. A smoke break wouldnot be an issue as long as your tables needs are met beforehand (which they were not). Poor service, mediocre food - will notreturn. Read more
Ordered an Oriental chicken salad. Recieved a wilted side salad with tiny pieces of chopped up chicken, a container of... dressing and a hard burnt breadstick. it was not even an attempt to make my order correctly. It was in not even remotely closeto an oriental chicken salad. I work at the hospital and cannot leave while on my shift and wasted my money ordering fromAPPLEBEE'S because I expected a quality product. Read more
I had lunch with a friend and ordered the chicken breast I have always ordered and it came out Cajun. They offered to fix... another and it came out looking like the first. Couldn't eat but they still charged me even though it was their error not mine.No wonder parking lot in Columbus is always empty if thats how they do busy now. Read more
We were a large party and we were seared almost immediately. Appetizers were yummy! We did have some issues with food quality on... a side salad that was added on for about 5.00... it was filled with lettuce that had rotted leaves or dirt. Order to deliverywas a bit longer than expected and the food did not come out together as we expected. The service was was "ok". The server wasvery friendly. Read more
Prompt friendly and great staff who dealt with rude customers as best they could. Manager needs a little bit of training. Large... groups may need to wait just a little longer because the service staff will wait until all the food is ready to serve. Staffhelps each other out, even when the manager doesn't.... TL;DR - good, but pricing has gone up, quality has gone down. staff great as always. I feel like the quality of food has gone... down throughout the years. I still love the food and get many different things, but prices have gone up and quality has gonedown. The Bourbon Street Chicken and Shrimp is my favorite menu item by far, but the price has gradually increased and thequality decreased. We have no clue why they got rid of the cubed potatoes, my dad loved those lol. I assume due to price, theywent from cubed potatoes to mashed potatoes. Atmosphere is good and wait staff is always friendly, drinks aren't watered downand are good. This is still my go to place for a nice night out. Good luck you guys, hopefully it gets better. Sooooo much better!! They were extremely busy and still had plenty of staffing. We didn?t have to wait for ordering, drinks or... anything. Our food was delicious and hot when it came to our table. Amazing improvements from a few years ago! Excellent! Read more
