This restaurant doesn't deserve the title "Fast Food" You're better off dining in for the amount of time it takes to get you 2... meals. They could probably put a drive in theater in so you at least have entertainment while waiting. We ordered an A5 and #7waiting probably 20 minutes, listening to them throw down fries, probably the fish and chicken too. Ordered side of clams, they were very overcooked. Ordered a meal that came with 2 sides. Got charged for the sides. Evidently... I didn't choose the free ones. No drink comes with the meal. For $17 you think you would get a 50 cent drink. Won't be eatingthere again soon. Pay attention to what you order Read more
Staff were friendly & very helpful. Shrimp & slaw were good. The fish was ok but either went into colder oil & soaked up to much... oil or the oil needs changed. Read more
Went to this LJS location last night to get dinner for the family as I was passing through town (we live in a small town a half... hour away). Placed my order, waited in line for about 20 minutes after ordering and then received our order. I'm used to thewait as it is usually 15-20 minutes after you order on the few occasions we have ordered there. My complaint is that the chickenplanks were dark brown, not golden, and all had a burned taste to them. Called and asked if there was a way to get a credit oranything for the next time we ordered as I was already home and was told there was nothing that could be done and that's justhow it was essentially. Kind of disappointing since the only other option for LJS is in Omaha. Hopefully someone sees this andthey fix the customer service issue as well as the apparent quality control issue. The food was great!! Service was so so. I had to have the cashier keep repeating her questions because the music was a little... too loud and our orders got mixed up with the person behind us. The person behind us had asked for no coleslaw and instead ofmaking a new plate, they just scraped most of the coleslaw off of the plate. Read more
Went to the Columbus location Saturday night at 7:50pm...I believe they close at 8pm. Well shout out to the lady working. She... allowed us to order and add to our order at the window. She didn't have to but she did! That's offering excellent customerservice! Also the food was hot & fresh! Read more
