We ordered Boneless Wings that where hairy sorry but not into hairy food ????. The ladies at the window were friendly and upbeat (a lot of places are short staffed in our Columbus, NE area and the staffs... attitude shows) this was not the case when I drove through! My pizza order was correct and hot when I was 15 mins past myscheduled pick up! She wished me a great evening and I left feeling very satisfied and happy myself! Great job to the Columbuslocation! Not a very positive experience at the local Pizza Hut. I called from 5 miles outside of town five different times and the phone... would continue to ring and no one picked up. When I went in to order my pizza the same thing, I heard the phone ring on twoseparate occasions for at least a minute and a half before anyone picked up. There were two other people in the restaurant, itwas not that busy. My pizza was good and came out after about 25 minutes for me to take home but ordering was not a pleasantexperience. Read more
Not bad but prices add up for sum reason otherwise it's ok when the right people are working. It's Sunday the 30th of October... and pizza was ordered for delivery at 6:40pm. Tracker says 7:15 to be delivered and now it's after 7:30. Hope this has nothingwith not leaving a tip on the app as I have cash for that but that doesn't matter to the delivery guy cause he only sees no tipso now our food sits getting later and later. Happens 9/10 of the time so we limit eating there. Read more
