we waited 10 minutes for someone to answer to take our order, no one came. everyone else got their orders while half the staff... was outside smoking. after a long day all we needed was some food and they could serve the people around us who just got thereand the people who ordered on the all, but it wouldn't let us order on the app at all. Normally I enjoy sonic because the food is decent and the cheese sauce on pretzels and corn dogs is delicious. But it's hard to... enjoy when that specific order is consistently unfulfilled. Ordered ranch with buffalo nuggets and cheese sauce with thePREZTELS WITH CHEESE option would imply a desire for ranch and cheese sauce which shows up on the receipt. Ranch appeared,didn't get it. Asked twice for cheese sauce, once when ordering and once again when confirming in the hopes they realized wewanted cheese sauce with our pretzels, as advertised.
