we waited 10 minutes for someone to answer to take our order, no one came. everyone else got their orders while half the staff... was outside smoking. after a long day all we needed was some food and they could serve the people around us who just got thereand the people who ordered on the all, but it wouldn't let us order on the app at all. Normally I enjoy sonic because the food is decent and the cheese sauce on pretzels and corn dogs is delicious. But it's hard to... enjoy when that specific order is consistently unfulfilled. Ordered ranch with buffalo nuggets and cheese sauce with thePREZTELS WITH CHEESE option would imply a desire for ranch and cheese sauce which shows up on the receipt. Ranch appeared,didn't get it. Asked twice for cheese sauce, once when ordering and once again when confirming in the hopes they realized wewanted cheese sauce with our pretzels, as advertised. But it didn't get in the bag and upon inspection, didn't get on thereceipt either. It wasn't read back and we weren't told if they were out, they just ignored it. Disappointed. Read more

So wife and I decided to grab some food on the way to the lake, I picked Sonic. We got to the order board and knew what we... wanted. Josh, on the other end couldn?t keep up with my order but he got it correct. ????. I do talk fast and he told me when Igot to the window that it was the fastest order he had ever taken. as i was ordering the biggest breakfast burrito sonic had, (wasnt sure which one was biggest) a voice in the background said, if... he wants a big burrito i can double them up. i went that route and man was it big. 8 1/2" × 3 1/2 inches. the staff was great,and the burrito was great too. overall very great experience at this sonic location. very happy they were willing to try newthings for customers. thats how you advance. so far this sonic location is my favorite but i live in lincoln :( Read more

Poorly ran. Waited over 30 minutes just to order while watching people get their orders that arrived after we did. It's very... frustrating to listen to a poorly trained kid try and tell you that you're in line and they will be with you soon while everyoneelse is in and out. Read more
