Even with a line of cars backed out the drive, the staff was hard at getting the drinks done and the food done. They are a... terrific crew, very fortunate to have such good people working here. Today, Lisa walked around to each person and asked if theyneeded anything--very cool. I come here about three - four times a week and they have been consistent in service since October(first came) 2021. I"m leaving for Florida; I know I'll work from Starbucks near an AFB and wonder are they as fun/good serviceas the people in Columbus, going to miss them. Read more

Placed an online order and went to pick it up at this location. They only had two of my three drinks. And one of the employees... tried to accuse me of drinking it while I was waiting for the others... I had just walked into the store. Really glad I do notlive near this location. Read more
