I never thought I would find myself working a McDonalds review. I never had high standards for fast food, but the experience I... had here was ridiculous. We ate inside- 3 people total in the entire inside of the place. Half our orders were missing. We triedto get the attention of the staff- which took almost 10 minutes. When we did get their attention, they only came back withketchup packets?.not our missing food. Overall a 20 min frustrating process to get food we paid for before we could ever begineating. I usually order through the drive thru, this time I was greated with a very rude, young female. Most of the time I order food... the bread is stail, and the fries are cold. We all know how McDonald's fries get when they get cold. Read more

No one in front to greet us or take our order although the dining room was open. After waiting a good ten minutes we opted to... use the kiosk. It prompted us to take a number with our meal being brought to us. After another ten minutes we leave our seat togo back up front to wait. The employees were busy with drive thru, leaving the front bare. Finally this girl comes over yellingour number and slings the bag of food on the counter. Waited in drive thru at the order screen for 20 minutes while they took 3 orders from the other drive thru screen. Then I went... inside and the manager took her sweet time (~10 minutes) to come over and take my order. By that time I was fed up and justwalked out. It had been 30 minutes and I wasn't waiting any longer. Then the manager yelled that they only had 3 workers, as ifthat is an excuse. Won't be returning to this location. I'd rather drive to Boiling Springs or Forest City than come back. Read more
Quickest order I've probably ever received from a McDonald's. Placed a mobile order and had it not even 30 seconds later. I was... amazed. This McDonald's is doing something right and the Sausage Egg McMuffins tasted the freshest I've ever tasted. If I evercome back to Polk County North Carolina, I'm definitely going here again!
