We went out to eat here late at night after a long trip, probably around 2 a.m. The waitress that took our order was very... polite, friendly, and professional. The food was hot and fresh, and we received it in timely manner. Overall the whole staff wasawesome. Definitely a 10/10 experience, and I highly recommend that everyone come here! Read more
Look, all waffle house restaurants are basically the same. Greasy spoon, but the food is still good. The servers, however, are... the reason my son and I keep going back. Flo, Sue, and Angela are so smooth and fluent at their jobs and ALL have unbelievableattitudes! These three are quite dear to my heart and are a wonderful addition to this community ? Read more

I've eaten at this Waffle House several times with no issues. Food was good and staff was friendly. Last night was a different... story. I worked late and went here to eat dinner at 8:50 PM. There were several tables of patrons eating. When I walked in Iwas told by one of the two employees there that they were not serving food. I asked why since Waffle House is open 24 hours andwas told that it was time for a shift change and the next shift is always late so they weren't serving food until the next shiftarrived. I repeated what she said to make sure I understood correctly. Keep in mind that she was just standing there talkingto customers and the other employee was sitting at a booth eating. Neither was working. I left and went across the street toMcDonalds. They were busy and when the food took a little longer than usual, the employee explained that her manager andanother employee had just quit so they were a little backed up. Her shift was over, but she stayed to continue waiting oncustomers. She said they would make every effort to get my food out shortly...and she did. The food was ready a few minuteslater. This is what good customer service looks like even when conditions aren't ideal. Read more
Did not get much of an experience. Never got waited on. My husband & I waited. No one came to clean the table, take a drink... order or give silverware. Others came in after us, they were waited on. So, we got up and left. Read more
