They were super nice, but are always "out" of something. My family orders baked potatoes and chili on a regular basis... seems... like they are always out of one or another, or we can get half for the family, so I have to get fries instead or don't get thechili at all.... EVERYTIME we go to get frostys, they are either "out" or the machine is "down"... this is extremelydisappointing and it's not a once in a while thing, it's been the past 3 months or more. Hopefully with the new management Ihave seen, he seems to be stepping it up and improving things... this last time they had me wait while they made fresh potatoes,I assume that's because of him. ???? I ordered the Bourbon Bacon burger meal expecting to get what was advertised only to get a burger that had almost NO BACON or... FRENCH FRIED ONIONS so I took it back expecting the employees to fix it and make it to match what they advertise and insteadthey INSISTED it was made correctly and gave me $6 back for the price of the burger!!! This was only one of many horribleexperiences I?ve had here! I have never been able to go and have my food made correctly. So if you?re looking for trueadvertising then DONT GO HERE!
