They were super nice, but are always "out" of something. My family orders baked potatoes and chili on a regular basis... seems... like they are always out of one or another, or we can get half for the family, so I have to get fries instead or don't get thechili at all.... EVERYTIME we go to get frostys, they are either "out" or the machine is "down"... this is extremelydisappointing and it's not a once in a while thing, it's been the past 3 months or more. Hopefully with the new management Ihave seen, he seems to be stepping it up and improving things... this last time they had me wait while they made fresh potatoes,I assume that's because of him. ???? I went to the drive thru at 950pm it took 5 minutes sitting in front of the speaker for them to finally take my order, there was... no other cars in front of me I ordered 10 nugget combo I got cold fries 8 nuggets 5 regular and 3 spicy and they were cold. Ifthey don?t to serve food a hour and 10 minutes before closing then at least tell your customers that before taking our money andnot giving us the food we pay for. Read more
For some reason the baconator I got was absolutely awful. It is usually my favorite to get at Wendy's. This location also had no... drinks in supply. I had to get a cream soda, which only made me want to wash it out with an actually good drink, but there wasnone. Hopefully I never go back there. Read more
We have disliked this Wendy's for years, but after the renovation we decided to give it another shot since the mcdonalds we like... was packed. What a horrible mistake. The service was awful. We saw multiple employees not changing gloves after touchinggarbage, and my fiance found a nasty hair in her food. Just terrible. DO NOT GO TO !!! Read more
I ordered the Bourbon Bacon burger meal expecting to get what was advertised only to get a burger that had almost NO BACON or... FRENCH FRIED ONIONS so I took it back expecting the employees to fix it and make it to match what they advertise and insteadthey INSISTED it was made correctly and gave me $6 back for the price of the burger!!! This was only one of many horribleexperiences I?ve had here! I have never been able to go and have my food made correctly. So if you?re looking for trueadvertising then DONT GO HERE!
