No issues with meal prep but delivery driver doesn?t pay drivers. Helped do deliveries twice on separate days but told to F off... on day suppose to be paid. Even though begged for help & lied constantly about pay. 360 said was a 3rd party but deliveryservice doesn?t have legit company. Be careful w delivery! As stated no issue with Food service and it was more than 3deliveries and 2 separate dates. Compensation was $100 and it wasn?t about that it was the principle. Interestingly enough, my review also has to do with this business owner's dishonesty and lack of professional follow-up... regarding a meal plan order. I mistakenly arrived during the wrong week to pick up my order after the business was unexpectedlyclosed one Sunday...so I called about it and was assured to pick up my order the following week. However, when I arrived, myorder was not there. The business owner, who was sitting at the front, proceeded to tell me that my order had already beenpicked up...but then in the same breath said that it was perhaps thrown away. I inquired about whether there was some sort offollow-up policy about orders that have not been picked up in which he indicated that they typically call within 1-2 days time.I however did not have any missed calls, text messages, emails, or even voicemails from this merchant. Even more so, I statedthat I highly doubted someone would use a name as uncommon as mine to pick up the order. Due to his dishonesty and lack offollow-up, I requested a refund. However, this merchant has a no-refund policy. I then proceeded to dispute this through my bankinstitution but not with Affirm/Shop Pay (as I later learned that I should have). Although my bank dispute was approved, thismerchant told Affirm/Shop Pay that I still have 21 meal credits and that he has a no-refund policy. My loan amount throughAffirm/Shop Pay has since been sent to collections as non-payment for food I never received. I also refuse to be a customer of abusiness where the owner can be dishonest straight to my face and even with Affirm/Shop Pay about still having meal creditsdespite an approved bank dispute. As I continue to dispute this payment with Affirm/Shop Pay, I would highly suggest thatcustomers find a meal plan service that upholds professionalism and honesty with their customers. Love love love! The company is super flexible and easy to work and communicate with. I especially like how clearly all macros... are listed next to each food item. The food is all delicious. I recently placed my first order and there wasn't a single meal Idisliked. I can honestly say 360 is by far the best tasting meal prep I've had. 10/10 recommend!! Read more
I have been working in Columbus for a few months with some co-workers. I made the switch to start using 360 Fitness Meals when I... first got here. Since then I have converted all my coworkers to it! That's because the food is fairly priced, high quality, andextremely convenient. The customer service is what keeps you coming back though. This company is AWESOME!!! I live in CA and my boyfriend currently lives in Columbus. I am able to order his meals and have... them delivered when I know he's going to have a busy week at work. It's so convenient and he LOVES the way the meals taste. Their customer service is tremendous and they really go above and beyond to make sure their customers are happy. Do not order from this company. I ordered from them 1 time in July of last year, and was charged once a week for the next 4... months for a total of over 2 thousand dollars. When I told the owner about this, at first he said he would fix it and then hecompletely ghosted me saying that I was right, but he didn't have the money and so I would not be receiving a refund.
