The decorations here are awesome, and the servers were really helpful. That being said, the food is a bit hit or miss. I love... properly seasoned food, but some of the dishes were salted with a heavy hand, and those who know me know that is not something Isay often. The spices were good for the vegan Singaporean noodles, especially as leftovers the next day. I might go back justfor those so that the flavors can marry in the fridge. The cashew tofu was very salty. The vegan pad Thai was okay, but it wasalso salty. The appetizers were really good. My friend liked his Chinese-American dish, and it reminded him of how he and hisparents would make it for their restaurant long ago. Drinks were a bit pricey for the serving size. Read more

So good I forgot to take a picture first! Appetizers: We started with the egg rolls – they were top-notch! Easily my favorite... egg rolls in Columbus. They were crispy on the outside, not too oily, and chewy on the inside. I’ll be going back 100% forthese. Then we ordered the dumplings – also so good and savory. I could have just had a bunch of the appetizers as ameal! Main course: I got the Pad Thai with chicken, spicy 2. My partner got the sweat and sour chicken, spicy 1. Both werefabulous! The spice was great and the flavors were comprehensive! I ate my entire bowl! The presentations were great! Extremelyclean and well placed. The staff was friendly and attentive, the atmosphere was relaxed, and the music was great. I’ll be backfor sure! Read more

I really enjoyed my experience at this restaurant! The atmosphere is super cute and intimate. It is perfect for dates. The staff... is very nice! My waitress was Yojimbo. She was amazing, helpful and attentive. I ordered the Bendi Soup($7), the Panang BangShrimp($10), the Dumplings($9), the Egg Rolls($5) and the Thai Donut(with the pistachios on the side)($6). Everything wasDELICIOUS! I think my favorites were the Bendi Soup, the Panang Shrimp and the Dumplings. The Egg Rolls were huge and a greatprice for 2! I wasn’t a huge fan of the Thai Donut because there wasn’t much flavor. I think I would have liked it betterwith more sauce so maybe order extra sauce on the side if you want to try it. All and All I give this restaurant 10/10:) Read more

Everyone ordered different meals and all the orders were really delicious. Great plate appearance, reasonably quick service,... and a friendly atmosphere are three qualities Bendi has to offer. Highly recommend! Read more

In the mood to get some Asian food and decided will try Bendi for the first time. We ordered Calamari and it came out so quick!... It was good with Thai chilli sauce, I like this more than everything on the table. For my food I got General Tso bite withbroccoli over rice. You can level your spicy but I chose no :D it was okay, just regular General Tso. My husband got Drunkennoodle with spicy and Banh Mi. He said the drunken noodle was pretty good for him (I didn't eat, too spicy for me already) sofar it was the best noodle he has. But we both kinda disappoint for Banh Mi...because it wasn't Banh Mi, it's a regularsub/sandwich that you can get from another place not Asian restaurant. Read more

We went here for the first time for “Restaurant Week”. $30 for a three course meal! We tried everything between 5 of us. The... food was delicious and the drinks were amazing! I like that they have a separate category for regular cocktails and low alcoholcocktails. Their mocktails were good too. The decor and music made the vibe inside really nice. Perfect for dinner with friendsor date night! We made reservations beforehand and I suggest you do the same if you are going for dinner. Read more

So happy that Columbus now has a fantastic and affordable Thai restaurant. I've tried most of the popular Thai places in town... and been disappointed, until coming to Bendi. Favorites so far have been the Panaeng Curry, Green curry and Pad Thai. I lovethe fact that you can sub cauliflower rice for normal rice in their dishes, and the staff has been extremely helpful andaccommodating to requests (letting us eat tapas style where we shared everything, with individual bowls to eat from, letting metry a variety of sauces from the kitchen, etc).
