I ordered delivery from bibibop website, as they are giving 1$ delivery. The amount of food is certainly reduced in the delivery... i got. The size of the bowl is smaller than before. Just few days back I got store pick and the bowl size was good. This istotal cost cutting strategy. Already they increased the price of items from last year. very disappointing. Read more

Love the food at this place and I have always had great service! However, coming from a disability studies background, I have to... admit that this location is not very accessible for people with physical disabilities. The stairs at the main entrance offer noalternative way for people who may not be able to use stairs to enter the restaurant. People with disabilities that require themto use wheelchairs would not be able to enter the restaurant at all. Additionally, the stationary seating at the tables preventwheelchair users from sitting at the tables to eat. Since the chairs cannot scoot out or scoot in, people with other physicaldisabilities may be prohibited from sitting at the dining tables, too. Some of the pathways are very narrow and can be hard forpeople with physical disabilities or wheelchair users to maneuver. Great service and food! My friends and I love coming here. The menus are very large and visible and the aisles are wide enough... to be accessible to anyone! There is an elevator which is great, but there could be better signage indicating its location. Read more
Always love Bibibop. Fresh, tasty, and filling! The people working here have always been very nice and the line usually moves... quickly. I get all of the toppings over rice and spicy chicken. A plus that they usually have free miso soup!! Read more
The chicken used to have leftover sauce on it...which made it more palatable. It's kind of dry now. Other than that...I have no... other complaints! Food is always fresh and the service is awesome! My suggestion try the kale as a base! Read more
