From out of town and so I decided to check this place out and I was not disappointed. First, the staff is beyond friendly (as... it was my first time there they walked me through the process and make recommendations), the dining area was clean and inviting,and the food was simply amazing. I ate a very pleasant meal earlier today [8-24-2022] at BIBIBOP Asian Grill, at 1270 W. Fifth Ave. in the "Fifth by Northwest"... neighborhood of Columbus. I had carefully studied the menu on-line -- several times before today's visit -- and had assumedthat my only choice would be to "build my own bowl" when in fact there is another option that is not mentioned on the website:to order one of the six "chef-curated bowls" of which I had been unaware until walking up to order my food and seeing thosebowls described on a sign above the ordering counter. I decided to order one of the six "chef-curated bowls": "Super Greens andGrains," "a salad base with chicken, purple rice, broccoli, kale, kimchi, egg, and sesame ginger sauce." My "Super Greens andGrains" bowl had been absolutely delicious. The "purple rice" in that bowl had been particularly interesting since I had neverbefore heard of purple rice. I also had never before eaten an Asian bowl that contains kimchi as one of its ingredients though Ihave certainly eaten a lot of kimchi over the years at a Japanese/Korean restaurant that is near my home. The one glitch withthe ordering process had been that I had wanted to pay a "custom" tip rather than pay a tip based on a percentage of the total.The credit/debit card terminal had supposedly offered the ability to pay a "custom" tip but had not allowed me to enter anyamount other than $0.00 so I eventually gave up and paid no tip. If you are in the "Fifth by Northwest" neighborhood ofColumbus and are looking for a delicious Asian bowl, "build-your-own-bowl" or "chef-curated bowl," I recommend BIBIBOP AsianGrill at 1270 W. I love having an entirely gluten free option, and the food is both delicious and healthy. It was our first time as we are only... traveling through Ohio, but I will go out of my way to eat at another BIBIBOP. Read more
Chris is one of the nicest genuine human beings I?ve interacted with in a long time! If you?re the owner of this location, do... whatever you can to keep him on your staff for a long time! It?s rare that you run into someone so personable and kind in thefood service industry now a days! He?s a great asset to your staff and his co workers seem to appreciate him as well! Read more

Exactly what you expect from a Bibibop. Good, fresh food, quick service, friendly staff, a clean place to eat, and a trendy... environment. I've been to a bunch of different Bibibop's across the city and they're all consistent with this. It's honestly myfavorite of these "Build your meal/Chipotle" style places to eat. You can eat and not burp it up later and hate yourself. Ireally like this chain! Read more
It?s Thurs October 20th at 7:15pm. Unbelievably bad service. Girl was on the phone.. LITERALLY ON A PHONE CALL.. as she was... ringing me out.. was being weirdly standoffish as she was ringing me out and then didn?t put my food in a bag (I had to ask) andthen was giving off an attitude as if she had to do all this work. Then I had to interrupt her phone call again to ask for thesauces that I already asked for with the bag. If you don?t like your job or the responsibilities that come with it.. don?t do itand be rude to customers. Second straight time I?ve had a weird encounter at this location. Will not be coming back.
