BJ’s Visited for the first time. While walk in they were very friendly and so nice she gave us table. While taking the order... or giving the order she was very serious don’t know why but while giving the check she smiled. Food was good. Recommend thisplace with family and friends. Read more
First time that I ate at a BJs Brewhouse, and wasn't dissatisfied at all. This was a great dinner, food was incredibly good,... and huge portions for reasonable prices. Approx $20 plates, and we tipped well as business seemed slow, and, the staff from thehost to the servers are all incredibly friendly, but it was well worth the price. I'll be eating mine for the rest of theevening, as I didn't even come close to finishing it. You can't beat lunch and dinner, for one price! Very comfortable seating.Spacious environment with televisions, and bar. Incredibly clean, lots of televisions viewable from all area's. I'll definitelycontinue visiting this franchise, and particularly I'll continue to visit this one. Keep up the great work, great food, andmost important of all - great attitudes. Attentive and polite service, low lighting provides a chill and intimate setting, large varied menu, super flavlorful and... comforting food. The bistro burger has a soft bun and inventive ingredients. Fair warning as it's huge, but I highly reccomend! Read more
DISRESPECTFUL AND BLATANTLY RUDE SERVICE! Today was my first and last time visiting this location! Im typing this as I sit in... the parking lot watching other guest be seated after my buddy and I were turned away at the door. We decided to call beforedriving all the way to this side to assure they were still accepting customers. When we arrived we were met by several staffmembers at the door who informed us that their “systems were down and no new orders could be accepted”. No sooner than wehear this excuse a group of 7+ people walked in and were directed to have a seat by the bar. We simply assumed they were apartof another group. Until we watched another group (2 people) were told they would be seated soon. A group of 4 stood andpatiently waited fore their seat to become available as well. Shocked at the fact that they allowed more guest to be seated wedecided to ask the host what the reason was again. Realizing that we just saw more people being seated the host says“Yeah…sorry man” and shrugged it off….. The only positive about this place is that they have MORE than enough staff topass along halfhearted excuses at their personal discretion. Not only was the excuse poor, so was the customer service. I wouldhave asked to speak to the manager, but by this point I didn’t want to spend money at a place with exceptionally poor service. Read more
The staff was nice, and the food was OK. The nachos came on a tray that they cooked it on with the paper adhered to the chips,... so if you order nachos, I hope you like paper. The chips were also way too delicate to eat without a fork. Overall, it was notbad, but the nachos need some rethinking. Read more
I had the most amazing experience I have ever had at a BJ’s restaurant here! When you walk in everyone is so friendly and... prompt. The host quickly showed us to our table. The waiter quickly came over, introduced himself, and took our drink order. Weordered the Margarita Flight and the Mojito Flight(about $13 each). Both of the Flights were absolutely delicious! I highlyrecommend ordering them. The waiter then let us know what was available for the evening and what they did not have in stock. Weordered the Double Bone-In Mediterranean Style Pork Chop meal with Asparagus and Cheddar Mashed Potatoes ($20.95), the JalapeñoBurger($14.45) and Hot Fudge Brownie with nuts on the side($7.95). The food came out fast and was absolutely AMAZING! The porkchop was the best I have ever had and cooked to perfection! The brownie was also delicious and had just the right amount ofsweetness. The waiter checked on our table often and was very attentive! The atmosphere at the restaurant was wonderful. Therestaurant was also super clean! After much more than several(30+ times) bad experiences at another BJ’s in Columbus, getting take out orders for my wife, we... tried the Polaris location. Thankfully we found their associate Rebecca, who has been absolutely fantastic EVERY TIME. I nowdrive over 20 extra minutes each way, bypassing a closer BJ’s to get my wife’s special order salads from Rebecca at Polaris.My wife has had some health/medical issues over the past year or so, and their SantaFe salad is one of the few things that shecan eat to get nutrients that will sit well with her digestive system. Not only has Rebeca been very polite and friendly, shealways takes the extra steps to personally make sure my wife’s salads are just right for her. I hope that the management staffwill see this, and share our gratitude for her. It is hard to find a restaurant with associates that display true, GenuineHospitality(except for many Cameron Mitchell restaurants-always great!), so we are very thankful whenever we get the chance tohave Rebecca to make sure my wife’s salads are perfect, and she delivers with sincere care and understanding, rather thanbeing viewed as a hassle, as some associates, including some managers at another location have done.
