Soup was not hot when brought out (3 bowls). The waitresses' fix was to microwave it. Declined, because it should have been... brought to the table hot. She offered to box it so we could reheat it at home, again declined because we were staying in a hotelovernight for travel. Told the cashier when paying and she said 'aw I'm sorry' and that was it. Not looking for free food, butif half a meal (soup & salad x 3) is not cooked right (or heated correctly) the restaurant should correct it. Do not eat here ifyou want quality service and good food. Good food and great service. My only complaint was the manager in charge chewed the gentleman seating us out in front of us for... working. Yes I said doing work. Apparently someone else was training as hostess but they got really busy so he helped them outby seating us instead and the manager proceeded to chew him out about it in front of us before he even finished seating us. Sheshould have at least waited till they where away from customers. I'd suggest management training and basic human decencyclasses. Read more

Two of us went out to breakfast just before 9 on a Saturday. Shocked to see zero folks waiting; got seated right away. Waitress... was attentive without being annoying. Food tasted great. Coffee has improved immensely since our last visit. Read more

Not busy 7am. Ordered 2scrambled eggs link sausage toast and coffee. Small portions large price after ordering the discounted... price. $14.59 with $3 tip. Service very good. Pretty pricey Bob. Read more

Whomever cooked breakfast on July 9th, did a wonderful job. The food was delicious. Our server ( I wish that I could remember... her name), was quick, and very helpful. My first experience at this location two years ago wasn't that good. Since it's close tomy house, I decided to give them another chance. I'm glad that I did. Read more

I was extremely disappointed with my experience here. My 3 children and I waited forever for a table. The one half or dining... room was blocked off which shows only one half was used but wasn’t anywhere near full. Guy walked us to table without kidsmenus. Waited almost 10 minutes for a server to come to table (like no one wanted to take our table) the lady had nopersonality, messed up our drinks, found a hair in my food. They give you and extremely unreasonable amount of fries. I had toget up and find my server, never checked on us once. It was awful I almost walked out before they brought our drinks. Read more

I ordered some breakfast through a reputed food delivery app. I ordered a simple basic platter with two eggs, house fried... potatoes, sausage Patties, and biscuit, along with a coffee. The food was warm and came in a big packet. The biggestdisappointment was that they didn’t send any cutleries, tissue, or any condiments like salt and pepper etc. I had to eat withmy hands. The coffee came with some milk but no sugar. The food was basic, and decent. But the management should take care aboutthe details while packing so that it comes with tissue, plastic cutleries, etc. Read more

From the minute we walked in the server just wasn't very excited to be there. She came out on the phone texting then seated is... and just didn't seem very excited. The food was okay, but was pretty bland and I felt honestly like they purchase their ownmicrowave meals to serve in the store. Lot more live could be taken into the food and the spices etc. Didn't get a refill on asoda or coffee even though we were there for about an hour. We were never asked. I won't be coming back here and I'll beavoiding chain restaurants following the pandemic as they clearly have taken for granted their customer base. Read more
